This a lovely gem of a place. It's off the busy road and very quiet. You can see the lagoon from the balcony. The room is large, modern, comfortable and stylish.

Nice location, convenient to lovely walks around lake or to the beach. Friendly staff, who can be found at the Avenida Café. Minimal kitchen facilities but useful to make toast/cup of tea / store things in fridge etc. Comfortable bed and clean sheets.
It was perfectly quiet and everything felt new and was spotless. A large shared kitchen and dining facility is in place so for longer stays that would be a major benefit in my opinion.
The communication with the host was fantastic and we extended our stay by four days because we felt right at home, it gave us more time to take things easy, and the host was amazing. The rooms were great. Slept like a baby. Having a kitchen and lounge area available made working remotely a blast. Just what we needed!

Beautiful new suite overlooking the river, close to Aveiro but in the pretty beach town of Mira which was nice to see for itself. The suite was Uber comfortable and we paid a titch more to have sliding doors to the large deck. Great, well equipped kitchen and dining area and lovely walk along the canal and to the beach in 5 mins. Loved it!
