Nice house which was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great air conditioning, which was essential in the very hot weather.
Lots of things like milk, coffee, butter cakes etc left for guests, which was very welcome.

The apartment had more than enough of everything. The private pantry was well-stocked with all the utensils you may need (even incl. a mini-oven), plenty towels in the bathroom – nothing was missing. There is a communal kitchen with everything except a frying pan (very minor point) and a snall pool right outside. Check-in instructions were very easy to follow, the owner of the property was very helpful and easy to reach.

This property is lovely. Two comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full living room with fireplace, 3 balconies (one accessed from one of the bedrooms and one with dining table for meals outside), a large fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. We were met by a lovely friendly lady who laid out a welcome snack with bread, homemade jams, cheese, ham, pastries, wine, water and Port wine. The view is breathtaking with vineyards at the quinta looking out to the mountains. We parked right inside the next to the house. I cannot fault a single thing and will definitely return if I am in the area again. Perfect accommodation for a short or long visit for a family of 4 or 2 couples.

Pedro and Sara are extremely nice and friendly to the guests. they provided a lot of usedul information about not only the town but in portugal. Everything is so clean and nice. Love the rooftop and the kitchen especially. Best hostel i have ever stayed at.

The view of the river from the deck was amazing. The kitchen was well appointed with induction hot plates and little extras like oil for cooking. The walk into town took about 10 minutes and was hilly so good exercise. There are some wonderful bodegas nearby and a Michelin star restaurant DOC is 16 minutes drive away.. The owner was prompt with communication. There are fabulous views across the valley if you follow the walking maps on the noticeboard in town.
The garden, sun loungers, shared pool and games room are great Table football! Table tennis!!) The interior of the property is cool despite the heat outside and the kitchen, although quite small was well appointed. Nice sitting room with homely feel. The bedroom was large with nice views. Onsite parking. Good walks around the vineyards and up to the observaton point from the house. The landscape is beautiful.
This apartment was very clean and well stocked with little essentials and snacks in the kitchen. Location was perfect and a beautiful little sitting area right outside the front door. We were only there for 1 night but it was perfect.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hostel. Pedro and Sara were really helpful, and gave us amazing recommendations for trips to different places. the hostel in itself was really charming, especially the garden on the rooftop and the kitchen
Cosy traditional and authentic apartment with all the basic facilities for self-catering. Vintage furniture and style. Pedro was the most friendly and helpful host. Short walk from trainstation and restaurants.
The hosts were exceptional in every way. I especially liked how Pedro gave me maps with places to hike, to eat, to experience wine tastings, etc. The hostel k was exceptional with a kitchen, tables for eating, a refrigerator for guests. On the upper level of the hostel is a wonderful terrace with tables, a beverage refrigerator, a clothes washing space and a garden. A great place to socialize with the hotel hosts and guests. I’ve stayed at a lot of hostels in Portugal and Spain. I rate this as my number one hostel stay.
It was easy to find and easy to park loved the view from the terrace . Short walk into Pinhau.
You had access to the kitchen area and lounge which was good as it had a kettle and fridge you could use .
