The room is not big, but very warmly decorated! The bed was very comfortable, slept very well! The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use, perfect for cooking your own meals while traveling! Cecilia and Fernando were lovely hosts! we will definitely come back! The place was very tidy and clean, had clean sheets and towels, a private pool, a nice balcony to eat outside with the amazing view. They gave us wood for the outside barbecue which was amazing, they were always available for our questions, had a lot of really good recommendations, and Fernando also gave us a taste of his Porto wine as a welcome. Unforgettable stay! We also asked for additional wine tasting at their vineyard which is a must if you stay there! it is a perfect place for a couple or families touring the Douro valley, even just for relaxing with the beautiful view of the vineyard, just breathtaking. Highly recommend it!

The hosts were extremely friendly and very, very helpful! There were some technical problems accessing the code on the door for our room. The hosts immediately helped us and when the same problem happened a few hours later, they came over, checked on everything and even brought a wonderful bottle of wine and a tin of cookies! They also gave us a lot of recommendations for the area! New hosts but already off to a great start. The view from our room was wonderful and the room was very, very cozy. Plus, our son's bed was perfect with kid-friendly sheets! Perfect really!
