The accommodation was adequate, however there was a huge problem with being able to access the property via a code ( which only worked sometimes ), also the front door mostly did not let you exit the house . I complained many times to the owner and he just said it was user error . That is not ok , especially not even being able to open the front door to leave is a safety issue. I looked back on past reviews and saw that other people who had booked this house also had the same problem .

The location is perfect, a mere 1 min walk from the village's main attraction, the poll/dam. The area is very quiet and beautiful. The house is small but comfortable and clean. There is a complete kitchen, with cutlery and utensils. The stairs for the upper floor are very narrow and kind of dangerous (we were all adults so it was fine). The hosts were friendly and flexible with check-in time (that we changed last minute).
Overall it as a very nice stay :)

Fi, ample selection of TV channels, and a reasonably well equipped kitchen (although customary basics such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc. are missing, which is a pity).
Everything it's the best glamping experience ever. Exactly what you want from back to basics, but so thoughtful, perfectly equipped kitchen so comfy, peaceful and great hosts. Beautiful spot to get away from it all. Lovely and clean. My favourite place I've stayed in Portugal.
