We were greeted by Patricia upon arrival. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the town and surrounding areas. The location was quiet and surrounded by lush green foliage. The POD was clean and the kitchen fully stocked. I could have stayed there for an entire week. The location was about a 18 minute walk to the Gardens and easy to walk to parts of the town. Breakfast was simple and included in price. Staff would provide a customer choice of eggs. Cereal, meats and cheese, yogurt were buffet style. Bikes were also included in our stay which was great for taking along the lake.

It was a nice location, at one edge of the town. Close to a big, free car park. Easy self check in. Small kitchen with communal fridge. No hub to cook anything though. Had washer and dryer available for use. Comfortable beds.

Location in Furnas was perfect to do sightseeing both at the northern part of the island (nice walks over there and scenic coastal route) and the south part of the islands (villa Franca island)

A spacious, comfortable house with a delightful and helpful owner a short walk from the centre of Furnas. There is even a garden which we were unable to use due to inclement weather. Well equipped kitchen and beautiful furnishings.
Location was perfect for the hot springs in Furnas, with lots of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and easy road access to the rest of the island by car. The breakfast was simple, but very fresh and well presented. The kitchen area in the Pod provided easy cooking the days we didn't feel like eating out, and had coffee pod machine.
