The hotel is small and cozy, near the city center yet so idillic and quiet. I finally had really quality, long sleep. Breakfast is simple but enhanced by the hearty and always proactive staff. The hotel has its own small garden where they grow herbs. The room was spacious with a big bathroom. The staff was fantastic, super friendly and always there for you.

Fantastic location , close to shops, bars and cafes. The promenade was a short 5 to 10mins walk. The apartment was well maintained, and fresh towels supplied regularly. We were on the third floor and thankfully there was a lift! Access to the building was easy, and Jose communicated well.

The apartment is spacious and very well located. It's a few minutes walk from the downtown and several places you're probably planning to visit in Funchal. The views from the balconies are also beautiful. There is a good kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, however, we couldn't find pans. Our stay was great and I do recommend the place.
The property has everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. Lots of kitchen equipment for self-catering, spacious balcony for private outdoor relaxation, large rooftop pool area with plenty loungers - always very quiet so this felt private too, and additional pool towels supplied surplus to bathroom linens were much appreciated.
This is a lovely apartment. The kitchen has everything required for good self-catering. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is great. Air-conditioning is excellent. The rooms are spacious and bright. The windows all have full blinds. The description says it includes a balcony, which it does, but not the type you can sit on as it's very narrow. Everything was perfectly clean. It's safe and secure. The location is perfect, with the main centre of Funchal right on the doorstep.

We had everything we needed for self catering. The kitchen facilities were more than we needed for a weeks stay so no complaints there. The location was great to explore everything Funchal had to offer, near bus stops and taxi rank and shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. The wi fi was good and simple to use and we booked tours and excursions online with no problems.
The location is superb with most sights of Funchal in walking distance. Having an underground car park on site was a bonus. The room was surprisingly quite given how close we were to the old town and city centre. The bed was comfortable and having aircon is probably a bonus at other times of the year. We did not need it. The kitchenette area was compact but surprisingly well equipped. We only stayed one night, but with a supermarket right round the corner, it lends itself to a self-catering stay if one does not want to eat out all the time.
A well placed new surburban property near the the new Forum shopping centre with good access to transportation and excellent facilities, off road parking, beautiful triple aspect from the corner flat looking up to the mountains with side views to the Atlantic Ocean. Immaculate presentation with 2 good sized double en-suites and fully equipped kitchen, large living room with media set up and great Bluetooth sound system - definitely a fantastic self catering base, stylish comfortable, relaxing, gym and pool - fantastic
