It is an apartments hotel. We are a couple, and had a T1 apt, which is the smallest. It is quite large.
It has a spacious leaving room with fully equipped kitchenet. The bathroom facilities were brand new and functioned well. The bed room is also very spacious and cosy. The bed very comfortable. There is a good a A/C. The WIFI is super strong and stable. The stuff, either in the reception or cleaning are very polite and helpful. The WIFI super strong and stable.
They have also a wet room (sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) which is a nice place to relax at the end of the day, and is opened until 10:30 pm.
The hotel is from one hand 20 minutes drive from ponta delgada, and from the other hand 30 minutes drive from sete cidades and the lakes

The views are incredible! Awesome bungalows in Capelas. Dianne was really nice and gave us nice recommendations to do in the area. We enjoyed having breakfast looking at the sea! It's a nice place to go and enjoy the island!

I don’t usually write reviews but this place is amazing. It is operated by a wonderful couple who try to renovate a beautiful estate which is like a mini Downton Abbey. Visit them it is a beautiful place wonderful building and garden and every little detail has been taken care of

The house was perfect! Even better than in the pictures. It has 3 full bathrooms and 4 rooms for at least 8 people. We were 5 adults and the house was simply perfect, it was all new. Only 5 minutes by car from Pont Delgada city center.

A truly unique stay in a converted windmill. Breathtaking design, with steps all around the inside of the walls leading to the elevated circular bedroom. Small but fully equipped kitchen and very sweet to have a basket of local goods presented to us on arrival. Lovely spot just outside to sit in the evenings and watch the sunset over the sea but the lovely host also welcomed us to go and sit at the back of the other property to have a better view if desired.
Good location to see the west coast of the island. The room was simple but comfortable. We sleep in a horse room with a beautiful view of the ocean. The shared kitchen is well equipped. There are two bathrooms. Since there were not many guests during our visit, we were comfortable.
This lovely clean comfortable renovated traditional Azorean cottage is located within close driving distance of supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, and sights. We could drive anywhere on the island with ease. Well equipped kitchen. The outdoor area, with new furniture and umbrella, was a great place to share family meals. Responsive owner. Very well set up for a young family/baby with cot, high chair & bath (although we didn’t need it).
Everything is fine, comfortable rooms, kitchen, living room, two bedrooms. It is convenient when traveling with children. Nice host, showed and explained everything. There was all the necessary equipment - iron, washing machine, etc.
Everything. Miss Beatriz take a special care to everyone and everytime you need something. She works with a smile on her face, no metter she clean the room, work in the kitchen or do at the reception. Same rate for her staff too. The place is so quiet. A large garden surrounds your room and a fence around the property guarantee a safety for your car. Before you make a day trip, you take a delicious breakfast prepared by miss Beatriz and her girls.

It was very nice and spacious apartment (it was 2 of us). Joao had even some fruits and water on the table for us. Very well equipped kitchen for making food. Parking just in front of the building. Washing machine worked well. Possible to dry on balcony. Wifi was fast and worked well. Easy to get in and leave as there was key box. Very good experience, recommend.
Lovely hotel (it does have plenty of parking!), nice separate bungalows each with bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen/living room gives lots of space and privacy. Breakfast were simple but surely good enough (made cheese and ham toasties, had scrambled eggs too, there were cereal and fruit salad and pie was delicious; coffee was not from the machine but still far better than in USA hotels). Lovely garden & pool (didn't use it though). Kitchen had all cutlery, pots & pans, fridge, kettle etc for cooking.
