We stayed for just one night and the apartment was very comfortable. The host, David, was unable to greet us but he was very helpful and gave good instructions for check in. The apartment was clean and there was a lot of attention to detail and some imaginative towel folding! Good WiFi. Parking on site was an advantage and although limited we managed to get a space. There is free street parking right outside also if required. The location is excellent and is just a few minutes walk to the canal and a supermarket next door.

Perfect location!!! Easy to find and the check in was super easy! All the necessities we needed were available. Great that they had a washer/dryer in the room. Massive fridge, stove and kettle for coffee in addition to a coffee maker! We stayed on the 3rd floor with a view of the river, great sunsets!

New apartment, new buildong, well located relative to the University of Aveiro, where I presented at a conference. The building is one of many around anpark. There's a bakery and a supermarket behind the building, and a nice pizza and sandwich place a block from it. Also, it's close to the center of Aveiro. The host, Viriginia was friendly and explained thoroghly everything about thr apartment. She went above and beyond to make my stay great. For instance, she lent me a plug adaptor at thr last minute because Inforgot to bring one to my trip to Europe from thr States.

住宿的房东很严谨，准备了迎宾酒和点心，非常感谢。 住宿在一楼，亮点是厨房和庭院。如果没有厨房，这三天将是我们非常难以忍受的，因为这个住宿是此次旅行体验最不好的。之前跟房东沟通不多，得知不能提前存放行李，我们心有不安，因为火车已经预定，到达较早，我们在住宿附近的咖啡店坐等了两个多小时，中午11:50分，我们按照邮件里的密码进到房间放下行李，就去吃饭了。 住宿的卧室光线很暗，且床垫有些潮湿。但这还不是最糟糕的，最糟糕的是卫生间，下水很堵塞，一个人匆匆洗完，就溢水了，且有异味，所有的毛巾/浴巾都有大块的消毒水黄色污渍，显然用了很久都没有更新，幸好我们自己带了毛巾。 临走前，我们把厨房收拾干净，垃圾包好。我们希望房东能够改进入住条例，有起码的行李寄放措施，认真修缮卫生间的下水道，定期祛除蚊虫，保证房间干爽清洁。
