The apartment is spacious, bigger than we were expecting. Location is superb, close to a very nice beach and near many restaurants. They have chairs and sun guard available in the reception .There's a balcony all around the apt. Kitchen has good appliances.
The property is absolutely beautiful with lovely views, very comfortable and the shared kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare simple meals for our family. Edna and her husband were very accommodating and super friendly, they gave us some fresh watermelon they had grown in their garden. We felt very welcome and comfortable during our stay and would stay at Kerart House again if we return to Armacao de Pera.
Excellent location, facilities in the apartment are superb & the pictures do not do it justice.
The apartment is large, modern, clean & bright with 2 outdoor balconies. The kitchen & appliances are all new & of top quality, the same applies for the bathroom.

Pool. Good cafe restaurant. Apt and linen very clean, had basic kitchenware to cater ourselves.
Value for money considering cost. Good communication between lovelystay and ourselves, attentive to all correspondence.
The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and clean for 4 people. It has good AC, full kitchen, and comfortable beds. The patio is great to relax under the shade or sunbathing.
The swimming pool was very nice and clean, and the beach is a couple of minutes away down the hill.
Having access to the hotel amenities was amazing too!

First of all, the apartment was very clean. It was spacious, and we even had two bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials needed for cooking. Shops were nearby, and the beach was just 50 meters away.
We had requested an early check-in due to our flight being rescheduled, and they were kind enough to allow us early access to the apartment. It truly was a fantastic holiday in Armação de Pêra.
Apartment was lovely, spacious, clean and modern, lovely view view from balconies.. Toilet tissue, hand/shower soap provided in bathrooms, dish washer tablets provided. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Cleaners serviced the apartment twice in the week which was great. Pool was within walking distance. Staff were lovely. Location is beautiful, lots of flowers and greenery.
Hosts were fabulous.
The location (with private access to beach!) was perfect, walking distance to village but out of the noise and crowds.
We had 6 people aged 15 upwards, teens loved the pool and sundeck.
Kitchen was well stocked - had everything we needed.
