The staff was super nice, they helped us find some great places and beaches for us to visit. Very peaceful place with the beach just around the corner. The breakfast was spectacular. The chef prepared us some vegan dishes which looked better than in any Michelin restaurant .

Very pretty apartment and clean! It was cheaper to stay here than the airport hotel. The manager is very responsive. I enjoyed my stay here and definitely recommend !

The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, easy to walk to the beach or Uber further afield. Good price. I liked that they had a central kitchen with a fridge and microwave. Coffee, water and ice were available all the time. Great black out curtain and excellent air conditioning which kept the room super cool.
The beds were great, kitchen was good and the fact that there weren't too many people in the hostel, so small rooms for two persons were great. For the money you pay for staying here the place is really good.
The rooms are small but functional (no window, which was a bit odd) and the place is well stocked: a good kitchen, good pool and spacious outdoor areas. Very easy to check in and good instructions for finding the room.
We rented a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat for our first night in San Juan, arriving from Madrid . The location is right in the center of San Juan, right next to a well known ice cream shop.
The location is very secure, with police at the concern 24-7 to ensure security of the governmental palace at the end of the street.
There is a kitchen, many appliances that we did not use and a huge fridge but no bottled water provided in rooms or kitchen. Coffee machine provided but not even a coffee kit .

Check in/out at La Terraza 262 Calle del So for La Capitana. Our room name was Ocean View & was very nice… Very good air conditioner & full kitchen… the view out of the balcony was great!
I liked the room I had chosen because it had a hallway, kitchenette and bathroom. It was comfortable to sleep in, it had air conditioning. The building does not have an elevator but there is no problem with that, there are only 2 floors. The truth is that it is very well located in Condado, near a supermarket.
