The apt was beautiful but not walking distance to anything, it was very secluded n pool was out of order. The beach was nowhere in site. You had to go to Luquillo to find everything.

The 120-some square footage listed was understated/incorrect. There is plenty of space. The neighborhood is peaceful. The air conditioner in the bedroom does a good job of cooling that room down. There are many kitchen essentials available for use like pots, pans, and cleaning supplies. The host responded to my questions promptly.

Host allowed us to check in early. Very nicely laid out, with excellent kitchen and living room areas. Very close to El Yunque National Forest. An AC unit in each bedroom kept them nice and cool. Nice view of the neighborhood from the wrap-around balcony. Good restaurants close by.
Host was quick to reply to questions. All was there that was needed, even small kitchen items which made life easier. It was very well cleaned. Calm and quiet surroundings. Short drive to beach & mountains.
This little gem was the perfect location from beaches and sites of interest, The host was very accomodating. The unit came with beach chairs, towels and even snorkeling gear. The kitchen was well equipped. We stayed for three weeks and were very happy. The only thing we needed to find was a coin laundry which we left information for in the notebook.
Very clean and well equipped kitchen,location is the best. owner is very kind. my husband play the golf. i like to stay on the beach. wish we will come again. thanks
The apartment was walking distance from the beach in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment itself had great amenities, including a full kitchen and a small balcony. Cesar was very responsive and helpful during our stay. I would absolutely recommend and would stay again!
