The decorations are as nice as you see from the photos, I especially like the Tiffany blue style, so it's not an objective opinion :P The building is belonged to 3 owners I believe, just make sure you contact the right people. Owners all speak English. The kitchen is well equipped, but no spices, salt, pepper, tea and coffee. The room is very bright and 4 min by foot to the beach which is great.
The house is very nice and provides comfortable accommodation for groups up to 10 people (maybe even more). Two separate apartments in first and second floor provide enough privacy, while common kitchen and living room in ground floor gives enough space for all guests to have nice time together. The garage is perfect to safely store bicycles or other stuff may you need it + there's also pingpong table. You can take a rest outside of the house, where the grill is located as well.
