The owner left sweets and a bottle of red wine. This was the only apartment I could see on booking.com allowing entry from 1400. All the others that I could see in a convenient location were from 1500 or 1600. Quiet and near tram stop and railway station. Very good lighting and comfortable sofa and bed. I appreciated the contact with the owner who took the time to explain everything as best as he possibly could. The apartment is located just a ten-minute tram ride from Plac Wolnosci at the end of Piotrkowska Street. I didn't mind travelling into the centre. The area nearby the building is pretty quiet. We slept ok.
The owner has his own parking space behind the building which is available for guests to use.
The kitchen is fairly well stocked.
Easy check in, fluent last minute booking confirmation and information for the check in. Decent value for the money (maybe last minute discount). The kitchen has a stove, it was working. The fridge clean and working. Good water.
It is a small one-room flat with bed (in fact matress) on the upper floor with very low ceiling. The kitchen is equipped with microwave and induction oven. There is an iron and ironing desk outside the room in the corridor. Shower and toilet were clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Getting there was easy. There is a Manufactura divertissement district nearby as well as it is easy to get to Piotrokowska street with all its attractions.
Very nice room, recently decorated so all the equipment was new, converted from an apartment in an old building - really cool (mind the high steps to the 3rd floor, if you have heavy luggage). Comfortable, stylish, little kitchen in the room very well equipped, tea and coffee facilities in the corridor. Very central location and yet very quiet as it's inside the yard, not facing the main street. Also an excellent breakfast in a nearby cafe, definitely worth taking. Amazing value for money given the quality and the location. All positives!
Clean and comfortable, very close to public transportation (1 minute away). There is also a night bus that stops very close to the hotel. Farmacy and a Zapka nearby, plus a Lidl at the next tram station. Equipped, common kitchen on the floor.

I liked everything. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Had all the equipment you may need . In the kitchen started from coffee, salt, sugar, oil. In the bathroom we had a washing mashine, a big wardrobe in the room. Very easy connection by tram or bus to the Fabryczna train station and Piotrkowska street and also to Atlas Arena. WiFi excellent.

Overall, the apartment was very nice, with a high standard of cleanliness and modern amenities. Access was smooth with coded gates and doors, making for a seamless experience. The bathroom was particularly impressive, featuring both a shower and a bathtub. The kitchen was well-equipped, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. It was a very pleasant stay overall.
