There were no keys. We were provided a code to gain access to the apartment complex and a code to access the apartment. However, we had to call when we arrived to obtain both; no email or text message was sent to provide previously. We called twice with no luck. Thankfully, someone who resides in the apartment complex was exiting and assisted by calling and speaking to the individual. After that individual spoke to them, an email was sent to us with the access codes.

Good location - next to centre. We were lucky easily to find parking place 200-300 m from hostel on Saturday evening. Shared kitchen is quite good equiped, several refrigerators available for guests (one big refrigerator for each 2 rooms).
The decor and furnitures was modern. Good modern kitchen and tv. Nice spacious bathroom. Elevator and parking in garage. Restaurants at the ground floor.
Very friendly host, smooth communication. Easy parking in front of apartment. It is a very little apartment, but enough space for 2 adults, and 2 kids, just to stay for night. There was internet, tv and everything was clean. Everything you need in the kitchen.
Everything was amazing-old stylish building with high ceilings and panoramic windows, parking just by the flat. Lots of space, amazing kitchen with everything needed for thur family, even books and plates for the child.
I got clear check-in instructions and all had worked as explained. The check-out was possible anytime and again very simple (key boxes). The room was exactly as in the description, the shared bathroom is fully ok, all was clean. There was a socket by the bed. The kitchen is well equipped, a microwave oven is available as well. The location is very central and quiet.
The wifi was great, the water was hot. The bathroom was fantastic. The kitchen was good. The place was clean. There were plenty of towels and cleaning things. It was within walking distance of the centre and lovely restaurants and churches.
really modern and comfortable kitchen and comfortable living room, parkings available around the apartment. It was pleasant to communicate with the host, and they are really forthcoming, due to our late arrival we were able to pay for our stay in cash.
