Very nice place, easy to find. Host was very welcoming and forthcoming.
Rooms were big and clean, kitchen had everything that you'd need. There was homemade bread waiting for us on the table and in the fridge there was milk and ham. Basically we had breakfast ready when we arrived :)
You also can order dinner a few hours in advance, that the host cooks himself.
Restaurants and grocery stores are also nearby. You can go for a swim in the pool or right behind the house in the bay of Kotor.
I love this apartment. It's so incredibly beautiful, we love the facilities it offers although the In-apartment kitchen is tiny, there is a common kitchen downstairs. The pool is so cute our kids really enjoyed it. We live that it's far away from the busy and noisy touristy cities like Budva

The rooms have everything you need, there’s a shared kitchen equipped with everything and a beautiful terrace. You can have a nice walk towards the old town of Risan and to the beaches.
Our host, Alex was incredibly helpful, very kind and friendly during our whole stay in Risan. Interior of our apartment was extremely stylish, modern furnitures, spacious, comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen, big bathroom and cleanliness everywhere. Moreover, both bedrooms have balcony with amazing view to the bay and wonderful sea and we had a big terrace we had a huge terrace overlooking the bay and the surrounding mountains. I woke up early in the morning to just to enjoy the view and the ever-changing colour of the bay waters.
The balcony had a nice view onto the ocean that was sadly sort of covered by a tree. The room was very cheap and had airconditioning.
There were restaurants and supermarkets available within walking distance. There is also a shared kitchen where you could cook and eat on the terrace, which is beautiful.
Check in was very easy and the staff was kind.
The appartment was excellent! It is located on a hill a bit outside of the center. It was a bit difficult to find but the host was very helpful and picked us up from our location. The view from the olive garden that surrounds the appartment ot the bay is great.
In the apparment we were welcomed with a bottle of local red wine and some fresh fruits - absolutetly great!
