Excellent location. Minimarket/shop very near and walking distance to the Tivat down town. We felt our self very welcome and communication was very fast and our questions were answered rapidly. Also, car rental was very easy and there was parking slot available for the rent a car as well.

Everything was perfect. Fantastic big appartment. Old luxury style. Perfectly clean, very good equipped kitchen and very friendly hosts. Great sea view from rooms and large terrace. The location is a 5 minute walk to the sea front. Not far from Perast and Kotor old towns.

The apartment was super spacious and well equipped for a self catering holiday. We were surprised and grateful at a few things that were supplied e.g. toilet roll, washing up liquid, salt etc.
It is a good house with a nice kitchen-bar and an interesting design of the second floor. There is everything we need for the holdiay. It was like a temporary home for us. The sea is just 5 minutes away by foot. Thank you!!
The owners are super sweet and welcoming, willing to fo beyond expectations. The appartment is nice, clean and cosy with place to park your car, nice shaded terasse with great view on the Boka and AC. Fully stacked kitchen and bathroom is also great, as much as welcoming gift in the fridge😀.

I'd suggest having a car to get around as there are no footpaths in the whole area as it's just a long winding road around the lake.

Good price clean throughout with a small kitchenette with a sink, full cooker/oven with utensils for cooking and a kettle for hot drinks.
The host goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome.
The private deck with sunbeds and umbrellas makes it very easy to enjoy the bay.
The kitchen is very well equipped. Including good knives for cooking, toaster, sandwich grill, water kettle, several pots and pans.
The house was fully equipped with cleaning supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, trash bags, detergent and clothes washing soap.
We liked very much that the beach, shops and the restaurants were so close to the house, which is located on the one very quiet small street in Morinj. The appartment was very clean and comfortable with small, but very good equipted kitchen. In the bathroom there is washmachine, too.
