We loved everything about the property. The townhouse was fantastic, with a stunning ocean view as promised. The beach/pool area was just perfect - quiet, lots of space, and easy swimming. Finally, the staff was incredible. From Marie who handled the booking, to Mr. Brown, the manager, who made sure we had everything we needed, to Nie, our most excellent driver - everyone (including groundskeeper and housekeeper) provided an amazing level of service, care, and attention!

Everything was great. The house was very clean and spacious. The property manager was already on site to give us access and a tour upon arrival. He was excellent with communicating with us throughout our stay. We felt very safe in the gated community. The pool was right next to the private beach which is beautiful and peaceful. There was also a convenient small shop inside the complex with snacks and other necessary items we needed. It was the perfect place to stay.

The Seascape is STEPS from the beach..walking distance to ALL (well, MOST..stuff like Rick's Cafe adventure park etc. is a drive) and just about everything you want on the beach strip. The pool was cleaned DAILY and open 24hrs..if I didn't want the beach I could've just stayed at my room. ALL the staff were VERY friendly..everyone of them introduced themselves..Mr. Mack is a gem! I felt VERY safe Mr. Mack makes it very clear..the key I receive is MY key..any "guests" that come to visit must be let in AND out by me! I LOVED EVERY THING about the Seascape Apts!No "strangers" on the property, the "neighbors" were like family! No one on the property that didn't belong..didn't worry about anything touched in my room which by the way was clean, fresh..a/c worked (when I was actually IN the room) cable tv, wifi, clean kitchen..landscaping was beautiful and serene. And even though Norman Manley Blvd was right outside, I didn't hear a thing in my room (could be for ALL the reasons JAMAICA is known for..or not..lol)

This is a beautiful house located in the beautiful setting of Little Bay. The house was just like the photos, if not better, it is sparklingly clean and has all mod cons, including washer and dryer, AC in every room, 2 bathrooms with great showers, and anything else you could want for a perfect stay. The house manager was never far away if you needed anything and he doubles up as a driver too - what more could you need?
The little bay complex also has a beautiful private beach and a large pool. It's definitely somewhere I want to return to.

It was quiet off the main road, staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking for my rental car, kitchen was basically equipped. Short walk across the road to the beach
The grounds are beautiful with trees and plants everywhere.
The pool surrounded by tables and transat chairs was very welcome.
There is an outfoor lounge with couches, fans and a tv. It can be overrun with mosquitoes however. There is also a kitchen and you can leave your food in the fridge.
Location is right across Rick's café and very near LTU and Ivan's. It's possible to walk to a few jerk centers and convenience stores but walking is not so fun because there are no sidewalks.
Really cool vibes, clean, comfortable, helpful staff and excellent facilities. We stayed in a hut but if you stay at the hostel there is a communal area with chill out area, games and kitchen + eating area. The whole place is super well looked after, there is a small pool and loads of trees and plants that give it a very tropical vibe.
Location and staff are great. The kitchen lady Jean was the highlight of our trip. I love love to thank her for making my family feel like they have a grandma again.

Sorry to point this out but please read what I didn't like first! Lovely staff, always had time for conversation, some real characters! The room cleaning service was very good. Nice setting, in nature, though not as much wildlife visible as you would hope. And just a short distance from Negril, which with a car was easily manageable. The kitchen facilities were good for self-catering. Overall many good aspects about this accommodation!
