Its not our first apartment or B&B rental in Italy (and in this area) but I can honestly say it was the best . At First I have to mention that this apartment was absolutely dry and warm even on rainy day without heater. If you ever rented something in Italy you know what I am talking about. If you need to rent it during winter times they have great heating as well. Second , apartment was absolutely clean and beautifully decorated ,surrounded by beautiful private garden. You will have everything you need to have a great time ,tea, coffee, oil, wine and lots of jams and cookies just in case you need a snack. Remember its just an apartment not a B&B so they don't have to provide you with food at all. I also must say what a wonderful people owners are, they really want you to be comfortable and welcome you with a warm heart . I really hope to come back and highly recommend it to all my friends.

This cute and cozy property is situated in a quiet street and very central to Viterbo. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had probably the most luxurious shower we’ve ever experienced. Everything about the place was charming. Full of character- just loved it. We didn’t use the kitchen so I didn’t give it the excellent score for that reason only. The location is amazing and the price was great. We were able to get late checkout and were quick to help us when I accidentally left the keys on the table at checkout and we got stuck in the courtyard. We were ‘rescued’ in under 10 minutes. 😁

Beautiful tower in the center of Viterbo, clean and cozy. Very friendly and helpful hosts! Tea and coffee, brioche and cookies, milk and water were present in the kitchen. Lovely entrance up a the stairs full of flowers!
Everything about aCasetta guesthouse was wonderful. Walkable distance from the Viterbo Porta Romana train station The bed and pillows very comfortable, the kitchen clean and well stocked to allow cooking. Small things like detergent for the washing machine, ample teabags and coffee pods compared to other stays. Most of all Arianna is welcoming and kind,
It is very central and possible for maximum of one week. That is if one spends most of the time outside. The kitchen is equipped with enough things to cook basic stuff. The AC can be controlled if you just play around with the buttons to unlock it.
Simonetta thought of everything, down to having a tiny torch on the keys so you could unlock easier at night. The kitchen was full of so many delicious snacks and treats.
The area is right in the historic heart and we were lucky to get parking right outside the door. Simonetta arranged for the city driving permit for us which made everything so simple for you. 100% recommend
* I assumed from the name the apartment was on the ground floor. It is not, its on the second but that is of little consequence.
The host was very kind; the room was very clean (and the individual bathroom as well). We had a room, a shared kitchen and there was one other room on the floor for another couple. Silvia left coffee/tea, bread, cornetti, jams, ham and cheese for breakfast and gave us restaurant recommendations. The guest house is ideally located in the city.
