Good location, close to the Main Street and to the
supermarket and walking distance to the Simius beach (around 2 km). The apartment has everything necessary- air conditioner, kitchen, nice terrace, where we ate breakfast, even iron. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, as well as sofa, on which our son was sleeping. There's also place for parking on the territory near the house. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you 😊
Firstly, the room and bathroom were very spacious. There was a coffee machine, kettle and cups in the room. The kitchen tools and equipment in the common area were diverse and useful. They provided free bottled water. They gave umbrellas and chairs free of charge to use at the beach. We could use the washing machine and dryer, and also hang the laundry in the garden. There is a nice communal garden area. Staff were very nice and kind
Really nice little apartment in Villasimius. Well equipped kitchen, easy street parking, two good sized bedrooms. We were two friends and it was perfect for us. There is also a washing machine which is always a big bonus. Another nice touch was a beach umbrella available to take to the beach, as well as wine and snacks left for us to enjoy. Oh and also toiletries were provided (they aren't always included these days!). Apartment is easy walking distance to the main part of Villasimius, but on a residential street so super quiet at night.
The hotel is in an excellent location - 10 minutes walk to Simius beach and the city center. Friendly staff - we were given the opportunity to choose a room and were given a beach umbrella for the duration of our stay. There is an excellent deep pool and green area. The room has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a large balcony with a great view.
Incredible terrace and views, extremely well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella, spacious, clean, safe, close to Villasimius and not too far from Cagliari. It was perfect for our group of three people (three bedrooms and two bathrooms)
We hade a lovely stay in the apartment, the location was really good a quick walk to the village center with shops, cafes and restaurants. Also just a 15/20 minute car ride to most beaches in the area. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals for beach days.
We stayed in a self catering apartment with garden - overall it is a very nice complex where one can relax and have beach plus town access and explore more of the region. Staff were very polite and helpful. The apartment was quite basic, some of the cupboards could do with repairing but equipped enough for a few days stay. We were there in low season so it was lovely and quiet and we could really enjoy the beautiful pool area.
