This apartment is on the ground level of a townhouse complex with private parking right in front, with a private yard and a nice terrace with a large table and chairs and an outdoor shower. Inside you find a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and everything you need for a long confortable stay. The place is very clean and with lots of storage and the best part is you’re a 5 minute walk to Pelosa beach which is the best beach in the island.

It has a lovely garden, with a big dining table, a lounge set and 2 sunbeds. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived, beds were made and there was coffee and tea, toilet paper and even a couple of dishwasher tabs, so we didn’t have to go shopping immediately. We arrived late, so that worked out well for us.
All the rooms have airconditioning units. The house is in a quiet, gated neighborhood with a dedicated parking space and plenty of parking on the street (we came with 2 cars). The nearest beach was a 5 minute walk and if we walked a further 10 minutes we were at renowned La Pelosa beach.

The location was great and for one couple, you get a lost of space
The beach Cala Lupo was really very close, the surroundings were beautiful. La Pelosa beach was a few minutes away by car. Not far from the accommodation was a smaller children's playground and a multifunctional area. The kitchen was well equipped.

Very peaceful and quiet location within walking distance from the beach. Clean and comfortable. Brand new and well equipped kitchen. Having 2 bathrooms is always a bonus.
A stunning place located right next to one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. The apartments offer a breathtaking view of the azure sea, and the area is very quiet and safe. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking on your own. If you don't feel like cooking, there's a restaurant with delicious dishes a 20-minute walk away.

The location in low season, is a bit abandoned. A vacation house neighbourhood, about 15 minutes drive to the little town. Where you can find groceries, restaurants etc.
Famous beach is a short drive past the center. Many other beaches nearby.
New apartments, nicely furnished, large terrace, all the necessary equipment in the kitchen and, of course, the most important thing: a great location next to La Pelosa beach. Kind staff.
A very comfortable apparment, we had everything what we needed.
You can also grill, a large terrace with a great view and green soft grass.
The kitchen was good handed. The whole apartment was ventilated, without mold!
