A fantastic location in the old town with a wonderful panoramic terrace with incredible views. Aperitivo every night watching the sun set. Comfy beds and excellent air con in bedrooms and lounge. The apartment had everything we needed including barbecue. Very useful that they include lovely large beach towels with the linen. The apartment was a suitable size for two adults and two teenagers, there was enough space. Very clean and nothing was heard from the neighbors. At least we needed a washing machine, as we had already spent several days on holiday elsewhere. The kitchen was well equipped, we didn't use the kettle because its bottom was so chalky, but the water could also be boiled on the stove.
The apartment is large and comfortable with two bedrooms, two baths, living area, nice terrace and well equipped kitchen. It is very spacious, and less than 10 min walk to the beautiful beach, and restaurants and bars. Concetta is extremely responsive and very kind as host. When I made mistake and locked myself out of the place late at night, three generations of the family came over to help. I would like to definitely return to this place.

The location of the apartment was fantastic! It was situated several hundred meters from sea, cafes, and shops nearby. The apartment was quiet and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle.
Great place to stay for exploring the wider area. Roomy and the kitchen facilities etc are brilliant. We were able to cook whatever we wanted. Great hosts, communicating with us all the special places to visit. And they provided lots of breakfast goodies/snacks and juices. This couple has thought of everything.
The location was great - a small apartment in the midst of narrow white streets and stairs of Sperlonga historic center. The beach was just a short walk down from the apartment. The apartment and kitchen were very well equipped with breakfast options, coffee and drinks in the fridge. This made us feel very welcome. It wasn't a problem for us, however beds are quite short, so you might want to look for a different place if you are a very tall person :)
Would definitely stay there again. And Sperlonga sure is a place to visit again.
