Vila had everything in it, all needed facilities are in the compound (even laundry).
The view is magnificent and Rose (the owner) was helpful to any question.
It is close to restaurants as well as a very big migross to buy groceries.

The house is amazingly decorated and the breakfast is fantastic. Laura (the manager) is very friendly and helpful. Free bikes are provided to quickly travel to sirmione's city center. The house is easy accesible from the road that connects to other towns and free parking is available at the propoerties location.

great value for money! we booked two rooms - one for us and one for the kids (3 kids). The rooms were very spacious so that even the kids had enough room, with a small kitchen to cook meals and a powerful air conditioner (it was HOT outside). The beds were really comfortable. The curtain was heavy so that no light came in in the morning and it was possible to sleep until late, and the location was excellent. With a private lake beach and walking distance to the old city

Also, super cool breakfast - there is no buffet, so no waste (which I warmly welcome!) but the owners serve (literally!) everything you might need or want freshly in their kitchen.

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful location. Very spacious apartment, with large terrace and kitchen, two bedrooms and living room. Lovely owner - signora Patrizia. She provided us with a valuable service at the end - our car had a serious failure and we had to unexpectedly stay an extra day on site. As this accommodation was no longer available, the owner quickly arranged two rooms for us in a nearby hotel and even transported our luggage to the hotel herself. It was very nice of her.
