This was a well located property. It is family run and they could not have been more helpful in every aspect. They recommended restaurants, and helped with getting through the city by car etc. rooms were large and the rooftop where breakfast was served was also a lovely place to sit and watch the sunset whilst having a drink.

The place was a short walk to see thing. The host was great and very helpful. there were two room booth very large and had full bathrooms

Tokens are provided for guests to have breakfast in the friendly café in the delightful square with the fountain. This is a great way to start the day. There is a washing machine which is easy to use. Our host was very ready to help eg with an English channel on the TV. We were offered a very good price. The flat is close to the most attractive public areas in Ortygia.

It was a good stay. There were free coffe, tea, yoghurts, buscuits, juices - it was very nice. Good bed. Clean. Nice balcony in the kitchen. The coffee was excellent. I had drunk two, the second one at 21.00 because it was sooo tasty... then I couldnt sleep but my stay in Sicilia was longer thanks to that heh... be careful of mosquitos with your light at night, because it is near to the sea.
Coffee machine and the diff flavour pods, great having a kitchen w cooking spices,( it would be fab if there was also cooking oil). We also loved having a washing machine, free parking on the street, very communicative and helpful host.
The room was close to Ortigia, clean, large, and bright.

There were two bathrooms available for use, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need.
The location was perfect, 50m from a lovely Cala Rossa Beach and in the centre of beautiful Ortigia Island. There were plenty of inexpensive eateries around that specialised in local food. The single room was spacious and very comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you'd need in a self catering accommodation. At the welcome meeting, Luka, the manager provided a lot of very useful information about the local fresh food market and the places worth visiting. A lovely place to stay at during your holidays.
