The apartment was beyond expected, one king size bed and one separate bed in the other room. The apartment has renovated bathroom and it is big enough. It also has the balcony and most importantly the air conditioner. It has all the appliances, except the kitchen. The apartment is situated in the city centre, 5min from Piazza and all restaurants.
The owner is super responsive and helpful. Fast WiFi.
You get solid accommodation for the money you pay. I only recommend it for a short stay. The apartment is very small, with a slightly unpleasant smell (perhaps due to humidity). The kitchen has a water boiler, a toaster, a coffee machine, but only very basic cutlery. We missed the knife. It is very difficult to prepare any food in the apartment.
Parking is free on the street, subject to availability. The air conditioner must be turned off at night.
The location is central (close to highway) to visit several sites (interland, beaches of Stintino and Platamonas, Castelsardo, Alghero, historical sites). The house is a good base to move and good value. Good beds.
The house is well furnished with kitchen utensils and everything you need.
The house is not in Sassari itself, but in a commune close which has some shops.
I appreciated the spacious kitchen, which had a great selection of fruits, sweets, tea, and coffee. The room came with a private bathroom, adding to the convenience. The B&B is well-situated in a private house with ample roadside parking space.

Excellent location in the center of town. Loved the original antique doors & ceramic tiled floors in a gorgeous stone building. The bedrooms are very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s a lot more beautiful in person!
The stay at Villa del Mar was amazing! It's a spacious, beautiful apartment, just gorgeous! And the hosts: Carlo and Eleonora were hospitable, helpful and let us know the best places in the region: beaches, restaurants, landmarks.
Excellent place for a family, with 2 separate bedrooms and a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. 10/10.
The apartment is in a superb location right on Piazza Tola, with its many bars and restaurants and laid-back vibe. It is also near the shopping area.
There is lots of space in the apartment with different seating areas and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace deserves a special mention, it is secluded and sheltered from the sun. Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
