The house is everything you look for if you want to spend a peaceful and wonderful time with your family on the seaside. When we arrived we were gifted with early check-in, and the parking spot was big enough to easily fit our car. The pool, the rooms, the sea view, everything was just perfect. Moreover, the staff was super helpful giving the best recommendations on what to do in the area.

Hosts were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Even picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. The outdoor space of the property amazing and so was the continetal breakfast. Hosts let us borrow the bicycles to get around which was very handy.

This is a luxurious villa with a great location. The beach is just across the street.
As we have the ground floor apartment, we enjoyed the outside dining table and folding sunbeds and were able to place them in the shade during the whole day.
There is a global house air conditioning, which is much better than additional installations as the air flows more naturally.

The apartment is in a good location on the outskirts of San Vicenzo, close to main roads, but looking over fields. It's about 1.8Km from the sea.
The shower and swimming pool were excellent. The apartment is spacious, light and easy to cool with the air conditioning. Kitchen facilities include a hob, oven and different options for making coffee.
There is a shared barbecue area.
I liked the garden, the quietness, the pool should be nice in the summer (we were in April, bit too cold for swimming). The kitchen was nicely equipped and so we cooked there one night (no oven though). The lady was courteous, everything was very clean. We were introduced to the apartment by the mother, I only understand a few words of Italian here and there, but we managed with smiles, nods and grazie.
The Villa is directly located on the beach with a great swimming pool and comfortable premium apartments. My apartment had a rooftop terrace, two bedrooms and a generous kitchen area. Everything was clean inside and outside, my dogs were welcomed and the location is close and in walking distance to the center of San Vincenzo and a lot of restaurants. The apartment also features a parking space.
The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. Clean and spacious apartment. Parking on site. Close to the beach. The well-equipped kitchen was free of clutter. Friendly reception staff. Great location and a safe neighbourhood, close to the beach. Good local recommendations were provided.
Privacy. Enough space. Don't hear much of road sounds or neighbors. Location good for beach and bus in direction to Piombino, also grocery shop not far away. Quiete well equipet kitchen.
Monica's apartment was very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and a big kitchen. The locatin is very nice and strategic if you have a car. For dog owners (which we aren't) it's even better, as there is a big garden where dogs can run free. The surroundings are beautiful and within a few minutes by car you are down in San Vincenzo and withing about half an hour you can reach the more secluded coves and beaches around Piombino.
The location is about 5 min walk distance from the beach which is nice, shallow entry, we enjoyed the waves and building the sand castles. Restaurant right there by entering the beach, nice, not noisy. The apartments are nice, comfortable with good AC and well equiped kitchen, spacious balcony in a quiet place (but the train:-)) hidden aside from main street. Very kind and friendly owners who can recommend you plenty of places for visit in case you need.
Beautiful spacious garden with lots of places for rest, reading, meditation and yoga. Big terrace with the table where you can eat dinners and breakfasts. Comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Very close to the not crowded beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming again next year.
No breakfast, but there was a well equiped kitchen and a closeby convinent store. Also all the relevant resturants in the city was within 1min til 15min walk. The appartment was very beautifull and the host was very helpfull and nice!
My stepdad got a heart attack during our stay and we had issues finding a taxi to visit him in the hospital. The landlord took time off his work and came and drove us to the hospital. Very nice man!
