Excellent communication with the staff, both online and in person. Really helpful, and very kind. We felt so welcomed, like at home. We were happy to discover that bikes are available (with baby chairs !!) , so we used them a lot to see around (stunning cycling paths along the beach).
The location couldn't be better! Loved the proximity of local commerce and a good restaurant.
Kitchen well equipped (new dish sponge, dish soap, nice pans, etc), an the terrasse is huge!

I booked 2 nights at this accommodation and had an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was clean and modern, and there were lots of thoughtful touches in the room and common areas. Annalisa was also wonderful, and was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions. The location is close to the beach (unfortunately I had terrible weather during my stay and couldn't take full advantage) and is walkable to the railway station and old town. I would absolutely recommend a stay here, as I felt cared for and that I wasn't just another guest.

Very close to the seaside, with lots of restaurants nearby. I loved the balcony!! Kitchen was well equipped. Good communication with the host - she was really friendly and gave a gift to our little one which was very nice.
So we were in Hotel Clerice for 5 nights and everything was excellent. We had nice room with balcony and fridge also. Staff is very helpful, especially girls working in kitchen. Hotel is also near one beautiful beach with a lot of activities and we got discount with Hotel Clerice.
Overall everything was really good and we would definitely come here back.

The apartment is well-equipped and so comfortable: towels, soaps, kitchen equipments (glasses, plates, microwave etc…), everything what we needed during 10 days. The room was really clean. Very good location = close to the beach but not directly on the noisy streat. The apartment was clear, towels , good beds, air conditioning. We were 4 peoples ( my children are almost no more children :D) and fit well in the apartment.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary tools to prepare something.
The owner was very helpful. The apartment is very confortable for a longer stay, very well equipped, especially the kitchen part. It was easy to reach the seashore on foot, Riccione and Rimini city centre is easily accessibe via trolleybus. We loved the restaurant in the near.
