We really enjoyed our stay at Belvedere, the private suite we had just by the pool, the size of the room, super well furnished and equipped with everything you might need to arrange yourself a nice breakfast or picnic. The grounds are very well kept, with a lovely garden embracing the property overlooking the city/sea.
Tomasso was quick, responsive, helpful, a true host.

It is also close enough to a grocery store (about 10 min with the car).
The house is big, the two bathrooms are nice, however only one of them has a window.
The house was able to fit comfortably two couples.
The kitchen is big enough to accommodate a dinner/lunch up to 6 people, however in the summer it might be hot since the air conditioning is only in the rooms.
The living room was also a nice space to spend time together with the AC!
The location was perfect and I have stayed in that location before this apartment was much better than any other available at that location.

We had a wonderful time in Elba and this apartment was super convenient.
1. Fantastic location - few minutes walking from the ferry, close to the old town, big supermarket just around the corner, the bus station 3 minutes away, the reception where we needed to pick up the keys just 5 minutes away.

Excellent location with great view on the port and the fort, just next to bus stops and ferry docks. Good balcony. Good WiFi. The flat is well equipped (fridge, TV, coffee machine, kitchen etc).
Carola is a great host: She picked me up in the harbour and brought me my luggage there when leaving, there was a cold beer waiting in the fridge, she arranged a return ferry ticket for me & she answered all my questions. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, including cooking staples, and is on a good location; close to the harbour and a supermarket.
Amazing room and a fantastic host! It was a very pleasant stay. We felt like home and would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. The room, bathroom and kitchen were incredibly clean, very comfortable and convenient. We also loved the location as it is right in the historical center of Portoferraio, very close to lovely restaurants and cafes at the sea. We certainly hope to return soon!
Fantastic place, an apartment converted into 4 rooms, with a common kitchen etc. Outstanding breakfast on the terrace facilitated by the hosts. Central location near the harbour. Highly recommended.
Apartment was clean and nice. Two nice bedrooms and large living room and ok kitchen. Location was near to harbor. There was also lots of parking lots along the roads.
