The property’s location is absolutely perfect if you're staying in Porto Cervo—just steps away from all the shops and restaurants, making everything incredibly convenient. Stephano, the manager, went above and beyond; he was extremely helpful, attentive, and welcoming, making the check-in and check-out process effortless. The rooms are impressively spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a stunning, expansive balcony. Housekeeping was exceptional, with our room cleaned and towels refreshed daily. Having visited Sardinia numerous times, I can confidently say this stay was the best by far. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an outstanding experience!

The beds were very uncomfortable. One had a terrible squeak and the slightest movement and the other was uncomfortable the mattress parted and slipped around on the bed. The fridge was also not working well and food went off. Tried to change temperature many times. Freezer was over cold (which wanst a problem) but maybe effected fridge staying cold. Milk and butter went off within a day.

This is a huge facility with many units, it is like a small village. Very convenient for longer stays (with kids especially). Plenty of parking places. There is a big swimming pool and washing machine. It is surrounded by 5 beaches and they all are in short walking distance. Room has a tiny kitchen with some equipment and you'll need it. Supermarkets are in 10 minutes drive.
Beautiful and spacious apartment with a great view of the sea. we don't have anything to complain about. The kitchen was fully equipped with basic , and also the toilet. The staff also clean and change the towels daily.
Amazing experience,abdolutely loved everything about this space. The room was perfect, the kitchenet, the pool area and the staff that was always ready to help us with everything. Breakfast was grea with a lot of variety. Absolutley amazing and hope to come back again!
Great hotel to stay: clean, well sized room with kitchenette, terrace with nice view. Close to the beach, sunbeds included. Big territory and traditional architecture. Definitely worth its money.
The Relais is new and the overall quality of rooms / structure is very high; additionally the presence of a kitchen grant lots of flexibility. I have much appreciated the quality and responsiveness of the staff at the reception / concierge and at breakfast / bar (all very keen to answer to our needs and intervene promptly). The Relais is located near to all relevant areas of Costa Smeralda (Beaches, Restaurants, etc.).
Overall very clean and tidy. Very secure apartment with new doors and locks, gated development with a spot for parking. Good air conditioner, nice kitchen, lovely sitting area in front garden. Staff were very polite and kind to allow us to check in earlier than designated time. They did very nice job and I would recommend this place for people who are looking for apartments in Porto Cervo.
