This is a lovely, well equipped apartment. You can see the love and care in all details. Nice and spacious bathroom, with soft towels, soap, even toothbrush provided. Well equipped kitchen, coffee machine, milk frother (!). Huge balcony. Working wifi, Netflix, even washing machine. We enjoyed it very much.
It is not in the centre, but Piacenza is small. Lidl and other shops are in 200-400 metres.

A perfect accommodation! Close to historical center. Very clean, comfortable beds. Roberto is very kind and responsive. He prepared great breakfast food waiting for us when we checked to the apartment. Yogurt, oatmeal kasha, orange juice, sweets, even beer! All was very good!
Roberto’s mom found my friend’s lost earring and Roberto offered us to send it to our next destination! We really appreciate it!

The landlord is very friendly and responsive to all requests. All facilities you need are in the room with a well-equipped kitchen. A large inexpensive parking lot is nearby. Very convenient location, close to the city center.

Comfortable bed and lounge. 2 min walk to the nearest bus stop. 10 min walk to a large supermarket and smaller shops even nearer. Lounge TV had apps that we could change to English.
I stayed in this hotel for one week. It's a villa-shaped hotel with a beautiful garden and a kitchen where you can prepare and enjoy a cup of coffee. The hotel has two very comfortable, clean, and cute rooms, and it's located close to the city center, making it easy to walk there. Ms. Elisa and Mr. Simone are very friendly and helpful people who are always available to assist you. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a home-like place in Piacenza, and I'm looking forward to visiting there again.
Helpful host. We came for the day of Tour de France and arrived late with kids, he texted us that the town is full, whether he should make a reservation for us for dinner, which was appreciated very much. Extremely helpful. Practical room, big enough, good kitchen, well working A/C.

The hosts really made an effort to make sure our stay started off perfectly. There were so many little touches in the kitchen, living area and bathroom that really showed they cared about their guests. The apartment is well kitted out, has a fully functional kitchen including coffee machine and Italian coffee maker (because choice is important...) and feels spacious and modern. We did use the good quality sofa bed and a fully grown adult was comfortable on it.
