Location within the old city was amazing, and the apartment was very spacious and well appointed, with a washing machine and large TV. We mostly ate out, but when we ate in, we found the kitchen well supplied. The decor was modern and architectural which made you feel like you were living in an upmarket garden apartment within an historical building.

This place is right next to the historic buildings. Less than 50 m away. Staff are wonderfully helpful. Parking is available and safe at 25 Euro per night. The building is fabulous with a wonderful courtyard. They had a washing machine and full kitchen facilities. Which for our road trip was wonderful.

We stayed at this nice flat for 4 nights to visit Parma and its surroundings.
The welcome by the hostess was warm and the apartment was big.
We appreciated the recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as the fact that the flat is facing the inner courtyard, a huge bonus considering that the street in front receives some traffic.
The big asset of this flat is also its location, a 8-minute walk from the train station and the old Parma.
Francesca, the host, was wonderful. Her instructions for obtaining the keys and entering the apartment were the best we have had in 3 months in Europe. The location of the apartment is excellent. Only 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the main attractions are minutes away. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We wished we could stay longer as Parma is a fascinating place.
Although I did not meet any of the staff personally they were always accessible online. The location was good the room was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. It is a great price/performance choice.
This is a very spacious apartment for two people. The large double bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen area is well equipped (though it would be even better if a dish cloth and tea towel were supplied) and the shower room is excellent. The apartment is on the second floor (that is, two levels up) but there is a lift which worked well. There is a view only of the courtyard and the back wall of the church, but this helps to keep the apartment cool during the summer heat.
