This is a lovingly appointed, comfortable apartment, overlooking the beautiful San Domenico Square and church. Even though the neighborhood is lively (after all, this place is on the edge of the Vucciria, the old market and bazar area), the bedrooms are very quiet (double glass panes) and the apartment feels like a litte oasis in the city.
We were met by the host, who was kind and responsive and left us a whole bunch of goodies, from wine to cake.

Calogero couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. One of the best hosts we’ve had anywhere. If you have a car his garage is very convenient and reasonably priced. The apartment and garage are immediately outside the Zona di Traffico Limitato (ZTL), which is another big plus.

The location was amazing. The apartment is basically on the Quattro Canti, and the front door to the apartment complex faces the back entrance to a bistro. I don't think that one could find a more centrally located stay. There was a tremendous amount of living space, and had two separate sleeping areas on the second floor with several beds in the main space. The kitchen, dining, and living room areas were fashionable and comfortable. Our host was accommodating regarding our arrival time and was willing to hold onto our bags after we checked out (we were taking a late ferry). The clothes washing machine worked well.

The property was located well within the city, most landmarks were 10min walk away. The apartment was well furnished and had really good amenities, very clean, really good air conditioning. Washing machine was great with soap and conditioner provided. The apartment had water and soap and shampoo, towels, hair dryer provided. Well equipped kitchen, however would’ve liked a microwave and aluminium scrubber for washing dishes. Great host as well, very friendly and ready to help if something is wrong.
I liked the rooms were for 2 or for 3 persons. Mine was for 2 people. The kitchen was so big.
3 showers altogether but one toilet. It is a typical Italian house but a more cozy style. I highly recommend it.

This is actually an apartment in a large building consisting of four rooms, each with its own WC. In ten minutes of walking you will reach the cathedral. A common kitchen is at your disposal. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed is comfortable to sleep on. WIFI works great. Everything is newly decorated and clean. Letizia is always ready to help and give the best advice. One small tip: it would be good if you had a bigger refrigerator in the rooms and if the rooms had an armchair to sit on.
Absolutely fantastic, mind blowing in fact. Brand new hostel with amazing staff. Full of mod coms m, free drink on arrival and free food in the kitchen. Amazing roof top terrace and so much lovely artwork and fantastic communal areas. I can't wait to return.
Amazing apartment in the center of Palermo. Dario is really great host. He provided us useful information about free parking places. He was in touch with us the whole time and adviced some nice place for ice cream. Apartment is new with beautiful bathroom and well equiped kitchen. We could spend our last days in Palermo in really great place 🙂
Firat impression was insane. 3-4m ceiling height. Great kitchen and living room. Pull out couch was average and bed was good. Great bathroom and great balcony. AC worked really well.
The apartment it si very clean and confortabel. The houst very nice ( we meet at the apartment); it is located in a old pallazzo ( but just renovated). We had all the accesories for the kitchen. It is located ner the main street ( waking distance). The beds are very confortable, ac and tv in every room. Very good for location and money paid.
