This is an excellent, large apartment, conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the historic centre of Otranto.
Our host, Donato, was wonderful: he was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay and really made us feel at home.

The apartment is new, well-equipped and very clean. Situated in a quiet area just 10-15 min. to the city center on foot. It is possible to park a car in front of the apartment.

Very comfortable, quiet apartment. 2 good sized bedrooms, with comfortable beds, excellent shower and kitchen. The apartment is just outside the castle walls but still easy walking distance to all the sights and restaurants. We were met by our host and felt very welcomed. Fabulously situated property in a quiet area right next to both the Old Town and beach. Free, secure parking close by was a massive bonus. Isabella was an extremely responsive host, alongside her father who kindly met us at the garage and showed us the way back to the apartment (a few minutes’ walk).

Great position, only a short walk to centre of the main tourist town. Private entrance means you can come and go as you wish. Good setup with small kitchen if required. Isabella was such a welcoming host, great communication before and during our stay, and made allowances for my wife’s breakfast needs. Isabella was very generous in picking us up from the station and taking us back after our stay.
Very nice owner. The building with a few apartments is very well-kept. The apartment is very clean, spacious with a terrace on both sides. Cooking is possible. The kitchen is fully equipped. By car about 10 minutes to beautiful beaches.
The host is very friendly and extended our Check-out time a bit, so that we didn't have to rush.
The room has enough space, the kitchen is inside the room (hidden behind a closet) and you have a mini-terrace with a rope to hang up your clothes to dry.
It is about a five minute walk to the Castello and another five to get to shops, bakeries and the harbour mile.

Excellent location beside the main promenade piazza beside the gate to the old town, Breakfast a few doors away in the Garden Cafe. The apartment is on the first floor has a nice traditional/modern decor with private bathroom, kitchen and air conditioned bedroom. A small balcony to the rear with a limited view but with the local bell tower and one of the castle towers. Free parking a distance away. The proprietor introduces and explains everything when you arrive.
Localization exceptional close to a historic church, rooms, living rooms, kitchen and the wonderfull open roof with port view. Cleaning was excellent as well as bathrooms and all beds.
The property has a superb location almost on the sea front and very close to the centre of Otranto.
The apartment is roomy with a well equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms. The beds are large and comfortable and there’s plenty of storage space in the bedrooms.
Our host Federico is fantastic! He was there to welcome us even though our flight was delayed by several hours due to the G7 conference. We finally arrived in Otranto at 23:30 but this was no problem for our host
Residence Atenaion offers several rooms on two levels of the building. The kitchen, we would call it a summer kitchen, is the entrance of the apartment. Thus you can cook and directly serve the table outside on the terasse which is a big one shared by 4 parties. The kitchen is small but equipped with everything to prepare smaller meals. The sleeping room is spacy considering you can use the terasse right in front of you. And finally, Residence Atenaion is located in a quiet street within short walking distance to the centre of Otranto.
