This accommodation was fantastic. The apartment was big and fully equipped. Both rooms had air conditionong and there were two bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed, as we cooked several times. There is a very nice terrace where you can have a dinner or a drink and enjoy nice view. The apartment was clean and the owner was very responsive and had written very detailed instructions for us. There was a book with recommendations about what is worth to see and which restaurants are good. Overall we were very satisfied!

Spacious and cozy apartment in a very quiet place with a nice view of the sea and town of Orosei. We found everything we needed for our comfortable stay. We were sorry not to enjoy beautiful terrace because of incredibly strong wind but otherwise it would be cute to spend there lazy afternoons. The communication with host was instant and very helpful. Convenient position to reach beautiful beaches as well as Supramonte montains.

The location is great as it is easy to walk to the centre of the town (as long as you don't mind a long staircase). The view and the patio furniture is lovely. It is great to have a washing machine and washing soap. The shutters on the windows are great. The owner provided a very thorough manual, with trouble-shooting suggestions.

We could also be using a swimming pool in the other hotel, but we hadn't time. Grocery store is just across the street, as well as private parking place. Bed was cosy.

The apartment was impeccably clean, all the furniture is new and furbished with style. Beds were perfectly comfortable, there was a huge TV to follow the Olympics and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was even a bottle of water and 2 bottles of local beer as a welcome from the host, which we greatly appreciated after travelling for a few hours to get there. We loved every minute of our stay here. High level hospitality! Way to go!

Beautiful house and gardens. Finished and equipped to an excellent standard. Loads of space for a family of 5. Outdoor kitchen is a lovely touch!

The accommodation is very spacious, with a big living room and a huge terrace, it is very equipped ( washing machine, kitchen equipment, cleaning tools, etc). Its really 2 minutes by car, or 20 minutes by walk to a very beautiful beach. Supermarket is right under the flat, getting in was very easy with self-check in. I think its a great value for the price.
Fabulous location in the heart of the town. Roof terrace was superb! Handy for restaurants and all shops. Easy to get to lovely beaches. Really well equipped kitchen, and the complimentary bottle of wine was lovely! Great place to use as a base for exploring the central eastern part of Sardinia.
Very comfortable apartment, good Wi-Fi, kitchen well equipped, and comfy beds. Very friendly and helpful host. We visited at the end of October, so it was extremely quiet, with hardly any people in the nearby apartments. It felt slightly isolated at the beginning but we got used to it and actually enjoyed it.
