Although we arrived a little early we were still welcomed warmly by Demetrio, who didn't only enable an earlier access to the apartment. He also took some time to give us useful instructions and directions on how to get around.
The spacious flat was equipped with everything you could wish for and furnished with love. Excellent coffee, bottles of water and even a bottle of Prosecco was provided!
In spite of being located right in the centre it was very quiet overlooking the inner courtyard.
The metro station Duomo is just across the junction - so very practical if you are tired of walking home. There are 2 supermarkets only 5 mins away. Restaurant Fedele just around the corner is superb.

Fantastic location. Very clean and spacious. We loved the little doorway off the street to an internal courtyard with lift up to the apartment. Almost next door to the Capella Sansevero.

Location is fantastic, with lots of character to the area and very convenient for shops, transport and attractions. The property is in an older building with stairs for access, rooms sizes are very good and the apartment building is quiet despite the busy area. Host is very friendly and flexible. Communication was excellent. Beds are comfortable and the apartment was cosy but not too warm. We highly recommend the apartment - it is good value and we had a great stay.

Great location in the historic district, large and light room , optional sweet or salty breakfast to choose , to serve yourself :) , kitchen that you can use it is a great bonus. I would recommend to make sure that you set up check in time as the owner is busy guy, but nice and gave a lot of travel tips 👌not suitable for older as quite many steps before you get to the apartment. In general we enjoyed our stay.
It was self catering. |The kitchenette was fine. The bed was comfy. The room was clean and well decorated. Melania was very helpful, via Whatsapp, when we had questions e.g. she booked us a taxi and helped us to re-boot the air con.
Perfectly located for the beach and restaurants, nightlife, sightseeing. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was imaginatively decorated with self catering kitchen facilities too and a lovely view of the sea to the left as you stand on the little balcony.
The location was good, the appartment was clean, spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Breakfast was good - the kids especially appreciated the hot chocolate capsules. Very close to markets and a supermarket, ideal fora self catering stay.
Chose this place because close to Duomo, and for walking exploring Naples. We had a Clean, quiet room with self catering facilities if we had wanted to eat in our room, it had a little kitchenette with kettle, hob, sink, saucepans. lovely coffee made for us for breakfast in the smart communal diningroom and very helpful concierge on duty at breakfast in the mornings.Room was made up daily with clean towels etc as needed..

Property was self-catering and kitchen was well-equipped. Location of apartment was perfect, in a quiet neighbourhood right beside a pedestrian area. The host Oreste was super, always available, kept in touch each day, gave great advice about what to do and see in Naples and provided shuttle service to airport and to and from Pompeii.
Was in a location that had an amazing view of Mt Vesuvius (walking to the property). Be mindful that there are a few steps to the property, but this shouldn’t put anyone off.
