Owners were very welcoming and helpful. They helped with a parking place directly outside the apartment. The apartment was small but vey clean and nicely renovated and an easy short walk to the town. Altogether recommended.

We stayed in apartment 11 Cappero which was ideally situated with a Seaview from a small balcony. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equiped. It was located in the historic centre close to many restaurants and the port for day trips. Easy to walk around the area as it is mostly flat. The host Rocco picked us up outside of the historic centre and drove us to our apartment. The reception staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Breakfast was provided with a wide variety of sweet and savoury options. The staff were very attentive and personable. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Anna was a gracious host who waited for our very late arrival, due to train delays 11.30pm! It is a good size apartment Anna has put her own creative touches which were quaint!
Great laundry service and complimentary basket of goodies, drinks also provided. The large spa was a welcome treat to weary travellers. Enjoy chocolate and champagne whilst soaking, Tv also and massage available. I am g/f and Anna made the effort to provide a sweet and savoury biscuit choice for me. a good distance from al Mare and restaurants!

Nice small apartment with very nice Signora Franca welcome 🤗 - little snacks, fruits, water in the fridge made our arrival warm. Nice little balcony overlooking the old city street, rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. Comfy bed, very clean.

Very very good location, excelent cleaning and staff. I recommend it for people that want to stay in the middle of old town. Francesco was very kind to accept one hour late check out. View from the balcony (Zeus room) is amazing. Breakfast very good, quality capucino and nice pastries. Perfect stay, will probably comeback.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful with a small kitchenette allowing us to purchase some local produce and cook for ourselves. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Francesco was fantastic and kept in contact during our journey to Monopoli so that we knew where we were going.
Breakfast was in a local bar and was delicious. Be sure to have the doughnut with Nutella - it is out of this world!
everything was perfect! first of all, located just next to a beach and a short drive to Monopoli. since we had a car, parking was necessary, and we were surprised by how easy that was, there was plenty of space on the street. the apartment is located in the basement of the house but honestly that was a plus in summer since it didn’t get as hot inside. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay, especially the kitchen!

It is the most beautiful holiday house you can stay in with a family. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a cosy bedroom and livingroom with air conditioning. Big and beautiful garden with a swimming pool.
The house had everything we wanted and needed for our stay in Monopoli. Spacious bathroom, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. In a quiet environment, close to the beaches and an excellent starting point for all our excursions. We felt very comfortable and we highly recommend the accommodation.
Super nice, everything what we needed was there, very comfortable beds, kitchen utilities, area to seat outside, beautiful garden, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very short distance by car to the beach - 15 min to south Monopoli, the same to Grotte di Castellana, Alberobello, shop centers. Genius focacceria 2 min by car, small stores, pharmacery also near by and great restaurant on the other side of the street! We wouldn’t pick any other place to stay in this area!
A wonderful property in a perfect location in the countryside but close to main routes so it was easy to explore beaches & other towns in Puglia as day trips from here. The host Paulo was excellent and gave lots of recommendations in the area. The pool and garden area was lovely & so well kept. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need.
Vincenzo is a very friendly host. He informed us well in advance and he was available. The stay feels like home. We had the room with a roof terrace. Kitchen was well equipped for self-catering. Location is not far from restaurants or supermarkets.The breakfast was very extensive. You could order it a day in advance. It is a good base to explore other places such as Monopoli, coastal region, Matera, Lecce. It is an hour's drive from Bari airport. We were very satisfied.
We stayed for three nights and loved Monopoli.. Although the apartment is not in the old town it is only a few minutes walk away. The place was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. There is a well supplied kitchen for self catering but the cafes and restaurants in the old town are very close.
The apartment is on streets laid out in a grid with a well signposted one way system but a sat nav is very useful.
The owner does not live at the property but nearby and is available by phone.
