Perfect location close to Mondello Beach. The staff always helped out and provided ideas for day trips. The room had a small kitchen and provided a lot of space. We also got recommendations for restaurants. Overall, we loved it here and would strongly recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartament is excellent for a family with children because of the small garden with a lockable gate. The location is very convenient, about 1km to the beautiful beach and the same distance to the bus stop to the centre of Palermo. Nearby a good local bakery and a small market. On the plus side there is also a washing machine in the apartment, a very good contact with the property administrator and the possibility of arranging an airport transfer cheaper than a taxi. I can recommend this place. Thank you :)

The apartment is nice, I believe it is much better during summer/spring. It was clean, the host sent you most of the information about the apartment and how to move around in front. At that moment we were alone in the house so it was also quiet.

This is an excellent property located in a secure location with great views of the surrounding hills. The host is wonderful, helpful and just a nice person. You will need a car if you want to get about. I can’t recommend this enough. If we were to come back to Mondello we would come here again. Need I say more! Don’t have second thoughts book it!

Typical Sicilian home, about 15 min walk from Mondello beach, close to a local mini market. A big kitchen/living area with air con, good size rooms, a lovely terrace upstairs with nice new deck chairs, 2 tables and 2 big umbrellas, as well as clothes drying rack. The host was nice and helpful, even though he did not know English, we were still able to communicate via Google translate :) The area where the house is situated felt safe and not too noisy as for Sicily :)

The room and kitchenette were great with a superb view out to sea. The breakfast was great with a large variety. Really enjoyed having direct access to the sea.
We needed the appartment with a kitchen, we were two families with kids, but this appartment was without kitchen. The landlord, who was very friendly and supportive solved this problem.
It was not very far from the beach which was for us important, you walk along the shadowy alley. There is one small shop nearby,
We stayed 2 nights in a house that is in a good location, 10 minutes away from the famous Mondello beach. Parking in front of the villa in the street. Francesco and Ciara do their best to host guests and give advice and help in choosing restaurants and what to see. The house is surrounded by a garden with tables and chairs for lounging. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, there are also welcome drinks and goodbye cookies from Palermo pastry shop. Special thanks to Francesco who strives to be in touch with the guests.

Amazing garden, 2 big pools, nice big jacuzzi. Snooker, table football, table tennis, arcades, barbecue, great sound system, 2 projectors and many more things to spend free time. Plentyful of glasses, tableware and kitchenware.
The villa's fashionable modern design was impressive, and the swimming pool in the yard surrounded by splendid palm trees was a true highlight. The outside kitchen was perfect for preparing supper, and the indoor environment was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed.
The host was exceptionally attentive, with impeccable timing and always available to assist us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to stay in the area.
the bikes were very useful for going to the beach and into mondello. the kitchen is very well equipped for self catering which saved us money. the owners were very friendly and helpful and even gave us some local wine.
