Location was in between station and city centre. Modena is a nice city to visit. Bathroom was cleaned every day. Kitchen and refrigerator to use for guests.
We really admired the helpful host which guided us in our trip suggesting restaurants, shops available also mini markets, supermarkets nearby, transportation to the train station and to multiple museums around the area. The room that he provided us was really clean and had multiple utilities such as outside garden, renovated bathroom and an excellent kitchen
It felt like a home studio with quirky personal touches of decor while also providing every comfort of home. I enjoyed having a small kitchen to cook simple food and eat in at the table.
It is very nice, comfortable and quiet apartment. Everything is new and you have everything you need including kitchen utensils. Parking is outside the building, enough place. No noise, quiet neighbours. I can recommend it!

I wish we had booked a longer stay. Amazing location a short walk from the best food market in Modena. The rooms were incredibly clean, well looked after. You have all you need for self-catering in the flat - the kitchen is incredibly well equipped. Large dining room with plenty of space.
