The apartment was very nice and new with new appliances and furnishings. Tiziana and her family were very friendly and looked after any requests. The apartment is in the nice small town of a Mergozzo and only steps from the beautiful lake.

There is so much to like. The apartment has been well renovated with lots of nice touches to feel like you are at home. It also has a complete kitchen so you can cook with all the crockery, glassware and utensils you'd need. Along with a large fridge and dishwasher. The washing machine was also appreciated. One of my favourite things was the view from the apartment over the lake and to the mountains. I watched the sunrise every day. It was beautiful. There's a table and chairs on the balcony so great for a morning coffee. Manuela the host is lovely. She left a number of things in the apartment to enjoy including coffee and biscuits, and checked in on me over message a number of times. I highly recommend this villa. Wonderful - we had a 2 bedroom cabin with kitchen and an amazing deck on the lake. Very clean, very comfortable. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket across the street to pick up supplies.

Very comfortable apartment with a fantastic view of the lake. The walk from lakeside wasn't too difficult. Comfortable bed, couch and kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Good sized TV with Amazon Prime available to use. Lock up garage was excellent.

We are very enthousiastic about this new appartment! It was very spacious, everything we needed was available. The host was very friendly and welcomed us. She even brought us umbrellas, because it rained and we didn’t have them with us. And in the kitchen we found a basket with food and chocolates etc for us as a present. The bed was very good and it was very quiet at night. In the morning we had our breakfast in the sun at the roof terras with a wonderful view at the mountains. Thanks for all!!

We were with 2 children, despite the small size of apartment, we felt ourselves comfortable: there're small bathroom with shower cubicle, big bed and a sofa for two, all necessary kitchen utensils and a refrigerator, a gas hob, an oven.
We were provided with clear check-in instructions, responded promptly to any questions we had.
Good location super close to Mergozzo lake. Well equipped kitchen, cozy and clean house. Beautiful small city, all green, with a big shopping center in 10mins drive. Keeping the pet with us was for free.
A beautiful and clean apartment inside and out, a quiet area, full of views, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, stove and oven to cook meals and eat on the balcony facing the mountains. The people are nice and available for anything. They left us groceries for breakfast
Mergozzo is a gem of a place, and this traditional house has you literally 1 minute from the lake shore cafes and bars, yet is set back so generally quiet. Kitchen is really well equipped but the local eateries are so good we didn't use the kitchen much.
A lovely chalet in a beautiful woodland. We certainly had a peaceful stay! I particularly loved the kitchen in the outside orangerie, that was a dream!

A fabulous full service apartment with everything you need, lovely bed linen, even kitchen basics like dishwasher tabs... Most importantly for families a good restaurant across the road if you fancy eating out. (Kids playground next to restaurant means you can eat & enjoy a good bottle of wine at your leisure)
