Staffs were extremely friendly and greeted us during check-in. The property is clean and has a good view. Facilities were great. Location was alright though it was quite a walk from the town centre where all the restaurants are. Air conditioning worked fine and cooled the whole property in the hot summer air. Swift replies from host prior to checking in with clear instructions

The property was newly renovated, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect - close to the bus depot and supermarket and a short walk from the town and ferries. The host was great, changed towels 1/2 way through the week and brought pastries!

Owner explained everything when we arrived , she was very nice person . View from a balkony was big plus, well equipped kitchen. It was cold at night but heating system worked well.

Very nice host (with plenty of really useful tips for trips), a really big private parking lot (outside, perfect for large and high cars), close to Menaggio. The very effective blinds on the window keep the light and heat out during the day and the heating system works perfectly in case of cold nights. A washing machine is also in the flat. Don't miss the beautiful view from the mountain church ("Chiesetta degli Alpini"), only a walk of 30 min up the hill (and the ice cream from the very close bar afterwards)!

Loved the spacious layout of the apartment, two bedrooms two bathrooms and a huge kitchen living area and balcony. Close proximity to the town, very short walk down the hill. Provided cot for baby.
Beautiful old family house with a lovely garden and pool. We especially liked the terrace under the vines to enjoy meals. The property manager was really helpful. Lovely view. Really appreciated there being olive oil and salt, pepper, coffee etc so we were able to cook easily. Kitchen so well equipped and lots of plates, glasses etc. Lots of towels, robes, toiletries. There were even laundry tablets (although we had brought some of our own).

On the coast of Lake Como, own beach, some 1km from downtown Menaggio so a good place to reach Menaggion and from there other places via the ferries.

It is a warm inviting apartment, you immediately feel at home.C asa Ivana is very well equipped with kitchen and crockery. Two bedrooms connected with a concertina door so best suited to family and close friends travelling together. Ivana was very responsive to messages.
