Absolutely superb location, very close to the facilities in Luino, literally a few steps to the bottom of the hill and onto the Main Street with plenty of restaurants etc. The apartment itself was beautifully kept and decorated inside - we really liked the fish paintings which were a nice feature. Easy to access with clear instructions from the host, key box to collect the keys so can accommodate a flexible arrival time. We needed a bit of help getting the air conditioning on and the response from the host was almost immediate (something we hadn’t understood and nothing faulty) and they resolved it instantly. Couldn’t ask for more and I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. Private and secure parking is also available if required but is chargeable.

It is a beautiful and up to many small details very lovingly furnished apartment, super clean and in a central yet quiet location. It is only a few steps to the lake promenade. Laura and her husband are super hosts, we felt very comfortable as a family with two small children (5 and 1) and would come back anytime!

Liked the 2 balconies in apartment blu. Great location, near a little beach. Nice garden area but we arrived too late to take advantage of it. Everything clean and high quality. Beds confortable. Check in and out were uncomplicated and pleasant with a key box and code. Communication with staff great. AC worked well. Apartment Uva was very roomy and comfortable too. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house located in a queit neighbourhood of Luino. The flat was lovely with a beautiful view over the lake. It had all the amenities we required for our short stay. The flat was warm. The host was friendly and welcomy.

We loved our stay at Clalia and the location was perfect, just one street from the lake. The apartment was spacious, everything was new, with a large and comfortable bed. Lots of closet space, a nice balcony and well equiped kitchen with fridge and freezer. Apartment was on the first floor with even an elevator. Parking was just right in front of the building and free.
Highly recommend this property so clean, great space and great facilities. Stunning views from front rooms. Kitchen fully equipment, was like home from home even with Nespresso machine.
Complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch. Property representative was so helpful. Highly recommended
The apartment was spacious and bright, with a breathtaking view on the lake. Bathroom was clean and kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils. The apartment is comfortable and the checking-in and out was easy - we needed to pick up the key in the hotel down in Luino.
Wonderful environment, modern and well equipped kitchen, new furniture and bathroom as well. You can use a natural filtered swimming pool, Wifi was good.
