About 100m from the closest ski lift (Botarel). Ski link bus to Mottolino is also about 70-80m from the apartment, so ideal place even if you want to start or finish your day on the other side of the mountain, at Mottolino. Check in happens the other side of the town (~7 mins drive from the apartment), but it's straightforward how to get there based on the initial instructions and the process did not take more than 5 minutes which included the purchase of the ski passes too. Otherwise the apartment is well equipped and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely pick this apartment again for our next stay in Livigno.

We loved the place and where we stayed. It is situated in a very beautiful location from where you have a panoramic view of the city, mountains, and a small part of the lake.
The staff was very humble and helpful, especially our host, Mr. Davide. He was a very gentle and kind person. He treated us very well and helped us a lot to find nice locations for photos and to spend time. He explained everything we needed to know. He is such a gentleman! Well furnished, clean and spacious apartment in a good location. Well equipped kitchen. Everything you need shops, restaurants, public transport is within walking distance. Very nice hosts from whom we received important advice and recommendations for trips and shopping in the area.
The apartment is wonderful, the orientation is perfect, the sun shines all day long. From every window you can see the mountains, the stream, the herd of grazing cows. The local shops are close and the service is good. An excellent restaurant is a short walk away.
The internal distribution is very convenient. The connection between the terrace and the garden is fantastic. We went cycling, we visited wonderful places.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
The sauna and jacuzzi in the garden were a great experience in the evenings.
Valeria was very welcoming and helpful accommodating the needs for our kid during check in. Their place is quaint but well maintained, clean and the kitchen has everything. Would come back again
Really nice house with a great view, ski room and nice terrace. Very well equiped, nice bathroom and all the appliances in the kitchen. Really close to one of the lifts, walking distance. Franco is a great host, always available for information, suggestions, etc.
The bathroom and bedroom each is a good size, but the kitchen/dining area is a bit cramped.
The kitchen is well equipped for self catering.
