The AC cools two rooms independently and is very efficient. The sun shines in during the morning and moves away by late afternoon. You can feel the love in many details. Recommended.

Great location, clean, helpful and responsive host.
The location & view from kitchen & living room window. Aircon unit in the bedroom worked well. Well equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, glassware etc.
The apartment was nice and we were able to keep it cool during hot weather. Good bed, bathroom and kitchen. Very sizeable balcony and the swimming pool at the complex is amazing. The village and beach were a 10-15 minute walk away. The gulf of poets area is incredibly beautiful.
The peace and quiet. The large terrace and super view. The free bus shuttle service into town which left from outside the property. The cooking hob was better than expected. Good selection of pots and pans. Kitchen basics such as washing up liquid, coffee, salt were all there. Plenty of storage space although the property was small inside. Shower worked well. Nice surrounding garden with olive and lemon trees.

Everything is just perfect. Great location, in the centre right in front of the sea, great view, the apartment is fully equipped has everything you need in the kitchen. Bright, clean and comfortable rooms, feels spacious. Francesco is a very nice host.
Property is clean, well situated, with great views from the balcony. Parking right outside is an added bonus. The owner, Domenico is very helpful and responsive. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable.
I am totally pleasent with this stay. The hause was very clean and comfortable with a perfect seaview and the kitchen equipment was enough. Frederica is a wonderfull hauseowner. She brought us fresh basil as a present. In the hause, coffee, some small staff to eat were already ready to use. I would strongly recommend Frederica`s hause and I would definitely stay again.
