This location was incredible. It's such a pretty place, with hills all around and a gorgeous little beach down a path. The property owner met us at their offices on arrival and personally escorted us to to the property to show us around, which I appreciated a lot, especially since it might not have been obvious how to get there on our own at first. We stayed three nights. If you do nothing but hang around there (a valid choice) that would be enough time, but we zoomed all over the island and explored Caprera, too, so in the end we wished we had even more time to relax at Marginetto and float in the water.

The view on the balcony is absolutely amazing! The parking spot is spacious. The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast really nice and according to our preferences. The kitchen is to be used by guests giving you access to cooking equipment and a spacious fridge used by all residents respectfully.
It was clean. The apartment was big and comfortable. We had 2 separated air conditions in 2 rooms. Kitchen was a bid advantage. Lady in the reception was very helpful and polite. Nice view on the swimming pool and harbor.
Location. The flat is quite newly renewed and has a very good taste. Kitchen misses a couple pans but for a short stay it was ok. They even have some amenities what is not usual for apartment rentals.
Spotless clean apartment, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful balcony. Attention to details, even the towels were of good quality. The houselord was very communicative and was answering all questions very promptly. I would definitely choose it again for my vacation. One of the best accommodations of this style that I have booked with booking.
Good sized room with decent kitchenette facilities. Our room was on the ground floor, we had a balcony but it was always in shade as it was blocked by a tree, which was a pity. Comfortable bed. Really nice staff who were happy to accommodate any request.

Stunning apartment! the owners daughter greeted us and was so welcoming and gave us lots of good tips and recommendations for our stay. The place is completely modern and there was a huge amount of thought and care put into the design, facilities and look and feel. A mini kitchen with everything you would need for a longer stay and a gorgeous large bathroom with a great shower. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Exceptionally well equipped room and shared kitchen all exceptionally clean too, Fridge was stocked with waters snd juice all free. Private parking outside. Owners were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and owners packed up some homemade cake to take away.

Location, style of apartment, kitchen and living area. An expensive apartment but worth the money for 5 of us. Beach acces on your doorstep incredible. You can walk safely on the road and head out to the peninsula for a 3-5km loop if you want.
Island is small so short drive to shops, restaurants and bars. We walked to campsite for coffee a few times.
Hosts great and met us off the ferry and responded to any query.
