The location was amazing and very strategic to visit the Island. We appreciated so much the view on the sea as well as the outstanding sunset that is possible to sea from the apartment. Beautiful and clean accommodation in a lovely garden and with very nice and helpful staff. You are in a nice quiet location, but at the same time with easy access to the town and the beach (by bus or walking). The bus stop of the main bus lines (CD, CS) is close by, so it is easy to explore the whole island. We hope to come back again someday!

The accommodation is nicely done and has a good vibe, especially the garden and outside terrace. The sea and Forio views were very nice. Very convenient parking and helpful host who helped us arranged car rental. The private pool looked fantastic, but it was rather cold at the end of October so we did not use it - it must be great in the Summer though.

- The host Gianni was fantastic. He made communication with me via whatsapp to prepare for our arrival. He collected us for free from the port and drove us straight to the apartment. However the port is close and you could walk if needed; however this meant we did not have to carry our luggage in the heat of the day. On route he gave us lots of information about Ischia. His communication was fantastic throughout the stay; very easy to contact if needed.
- Amazing location; literally on the main street. You honestly could not get better. The beach is a couple of minutes away. And restaurants very close.
- Clean apartment and well equipped with cooking appliances/ smart TVs/washing machine. And a bonus point for stereo system throughout the apartment; even in the bathroom.

The facilities were very new and clean. We enjoyed the kitchen and the great espresso machine. The washing machine came in handy after a week spent in Naples previously. The property is conveniently located next door to a small supermarket and is a 5 minutes walk from a small beach. Forio is very close by too. Staff very helpful and well organised. (The pace of life is lovely in the island and its inhabitants are very welcoming).
The apartment is very spacious with three large bedrooms, two shower rooms with toilets, kitchen and living room. We were a family of 4 and it was perfect for us! Three is air conditioning in the twin and single bedrooms each and fan units in the double bedroom and living area. It is only a 10 minute walk down the hill to Lacco Ameno beach where there are lots of restaurants to choose from.
Modern room with fully equipped kitchen. Great location with short walking distance to a large public beach and to Forio city centre. The Hotel has a small vegetable garden with tomatoes, chilies and eggplants that the guests have full access to.
The location of the property is perfect - easy to find, in a lively street, but not noisy. The host was really nice, he even helped us rent a scooter! There was a snack stash in the room, drinks in the mini fridge, a coffee maker in the kitchen. GREAT air conditioning! Everything was amazing, would recommend, we will come back again!
It was maybe the best apartment, where we have stayed! Spacious, light, and also naturally cool - we didn't need to have AC on all the time. Great views, very lovely host. Close to the port and common beach, supermarket is also near.

The property was very light & spacious, with a great outdoor dining area. All bedrooms had their own en-suites and the place was beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed during our stay including kitchenware & to cook our own meals. The accommodation was close to restaurants & cafes & the shopping area & relatively close to the beach. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the old town (the port end of town). I’d definitely recommend the place to others.
We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Olivia, the room was absolutely beautiful and we were able to make meals at the kitchenette to enjoy on the balcony overlooking the sea and stunning sunset. The garden was very special and spending time by the pool next to the grapevines was very relaxing. Olivia was an exceptional host and gave us many pointers for exploring the island, and was always available to help. Could not recommend more highly and we hope to return to stay again someday! The apartment has all you need and is super cute with its outdoor kitchen in a pretty neighborhood.
Also the host was perfect and left no questions or wishes open.
Italian family owned property with a pleasant hosts. Authentic atmosphere. Beautiful, well-kept area with lots of greens. There is a small pool with the pool bar, serving drinks and simple snacks, nice music. Location is quite close to St.Angelo. It is possible to rent transport from the hosts (ex.: scooter 35 euros per day), boat tours also available. The kitchen in the loft-room is basically equipped for self catering. Huge number of towels.
