The LOCATION and HOST was exceptional. The host met us in pouring rain to provide the keys and apartment instructions. She was very friendly and assisted us with our questions. The apartment was incredibly modern, clean and lots of room to move around. Highly recommend this property! 10+++++

An absolute delight to stay in this oasis in busy Bellagio with a gated private garden and roof top terrace. Spacious, extremely comfortable, fully equipped self contained room with a view of the lake. Up from the ferry terminal, close to everything as Bellagio is a small, exquisite lakeside village. Very friendly, accommodating staff. Very sad to leave after a fantastic 3 night stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at La Turr de Mezz - Bellagio. Check-in was very easy and we appreciated all the great suggestions from our hosts. All communications were friendly, helpful and timely. The location was convenient- about 10 minutes to the ferry. We rented bicycles (BikeIt Bellagio) and were able to keep the bikes at the property. We highly recommend this property!

This studio style apartment overlooks the main square and is central to all of the bars and restaurants in Menaggio, as well as the ferry terminal. The room was clean and modern with plenty of space. There’s a long narrow balcony which was a bonus and we didn’t have any issues with noise coming up from the square. Our managing host, Alberto, was very helpful.

Nicole was very thoughtful and contacted us a day in advance to send us the directions and to double-check if we needed anything. The house is beyond stunning and it has everything you may need. The village is rather small so it's easy to get by on foot.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful! We had 2 bathrooms, 3 full bedrooms and a studio kitchen! There was enough space for the whole family. We had everything we needed for the stay. I would definitely recommend staying in this lovely apartment! The apartment was relatively close to them ferry station and there is a small shop not far from it.
Location, large terrace with spectacular view of lake and very comfortable reclining chairs as well as table and chairs and umbrella for shade! Beds comfortable and lovely linen. Small galley kitchen with plenty of plates and glasses and dishwasher! Clean, modern and functional bathroom! Fans greatly appreciated during the warms days! Nice local restaurants just downstairs! Awesome and open living room and kitchen, most beautiful view on the lake - really breathtaking. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 separate rooms with beds, so good to travel with a group. Nice location, although a bit of a walk to the ferry station or city center.
Self catering so question about breakfast not applicable. Location was brilliant with a fabulous view over Lake Como. Easy access to ferries to cross the lake and a short walk to other restaurants.
It was well-equipped, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare dinner and other meals. The view was definitely the highlight, with stunning sights of Lake Como and the mountains from the balcony. The garden was super cute and perfect for an evening walk. Additionally, the check-in process was smooth

Amazing and modern apartment right next to lake Como. Very convenient location, as it’s very close to the port, where you can reach Bellagio and Varenna in a very short trip! Also very close to Menaggio. The beds were comfortable and in the kitchen there was everything that you might need during your stay. Sheryl was amazing, she responded very fast, and answered any questions or concerns you might have. Check in and check out was easy!

The apartment was with nice view to lake Como and beautiful sunrise. Large beds, huge rooms, baths and very good equipment kitchen. Very comfortable for 2 couples or a family of 5 people. But the best thing about the apartment was The Host. She was incredibly responsive and helped us with our difficulties that had nothing to do with renting the apartment. Made our experience so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend.
