The biggest advantage of the apartment is the terrace.
We spent most of the time on the terrace. The terrace is connected to the kitchen-dining room and is shaded from morning to early afternoon.
The bathroom is fine.
The internet is fast and available throughout the apartment and by the pool.
The beach is nice and you can find a free part as well as a paid part.
The space is bright, modern and clean with a fantastic layout that maximizes comfort and convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped, making cooking a pleasure, and the living area is cozy and perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants and beach. It is not quiet due to being close to center of Follonica. Owner is reactive, communicative and very helpful! I highly recommend this apartment for anyone seeking a high-quality and well-located living environment.
The apartment is located in the center of Follonica. Perfect for a couple or a family with children. Perfect for a longer trip, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The only thing to improve is the Internet, which didn't work very well, but the host is willing to make changes ;)
The location was excellent since it's right next to the train station in Follonica, and the kitchen was also a nice perk for guests to use. The bed was comfortable too.

The appartement booked for 3 people in the new building was quite nice, spacious and clean. Large balcony, no seeview. The price for 3 guests in high season was ok. There is a kitchenette, boiler and what you may need, but no coffee and tea were supplied.
Gorgeous apartment in Follonica, renovated beautifully and just lovely to stay in. Plenty of light coming in from the roof windows and the property was clean and fresh. Plenty of towels were provided, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary.
Great roof top terrace, very friendly and helpful owners, appartment was cozy and very clean, well equipped kitchen, shared washing machine and storage room, walking distance to center, good location one small street behind the beach.
We had a very good experience with the owner who made our check in/check out very easy. The apartment is big and spacious. It has everything you need (great with the dishwashing machine and washing machine), enough towels for all of us, clean sheets and clean air, all the necesary kitchen stuff .
The area where it is situated is very nice with children parks nearby, a very lovely beach behind the pine trees makes the location a very nice one.
All in all we had a great time using this accomodation.
Stunning. Spotlessly clean and well resourced. Cute little balcony for morning coffee and partial sea view. 10 mins walk from the station and quiet at night. Breakfast was a pastry and coffee in the square over the road. Beach is a minute down the road. Nice to have the kitchen separate from the bedroom. Bathroom had a fabulous shower and the whole place is newly renovated.
Communication was brilliant and very friendly/ helpful. Great directions for an easy self check-in.
