This was the best accomodation we stayed in over the 4 weeks of our Italian holiday. It was meticulously clean, beautifully styled and very spacious for a studio apartment. The apartment, as well as the building, is very well maintained. There is a big lift, but the staircase is easy to climb. You will sleep in TOTAL darkness and silence on a supportive mattress which is soft topped. It is not an inner spring mattress. There is no noise from other residents above or next door. The sleeper couch in the second bedroom is full length and looks of super high quality. We did not use it. The couch in the lounge is very comfortable. The linen and everything else in the apartment is of finest quality. There are plenty of firm pillows. There is temperature control underfloor heating throughout. A stay here will leave you very well rested after exploring the many sites within walking distance. As a side note - the fine dining restaurant Atelier De’ Nerli is 1 minute walk away on the next corner and highly recommend it for a special event. Another restaurant, where you can enjoy the best traditional Tuscan fare with wines recommended by their sommelier is Le Barrique, which is a 2 minute walk away. Both are favourites with locals and reasonably priced.

Handy location close to shops, including pasticceria, supermarket and restaurants, and to the tram stop to access the airport or city centre.
The location is perfect! The local area is wonderful. The furnishings are lovely and they have made the most of the space available. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well furnished and the apartment is 2 mins from a carrefour so you can make full use of the self catering facilities.

We were 3 person myself husband and son so it was spacious with an en-suite bathroom . Pull out sofa bed in the the lounge / kitchen . Small balcony to sit and have a coffee before heading out for the day for sight seeing .
Beautiful property and really spacious. We travelled in a group of three and there was loads of space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped for self-catering and air conditioning worked well. Apartment is in a good location, not far from the main train station. Self check-in was amazingly convenient and we received really clear instructions in advance.
