We stayed at the 1 bedroom appartement on the first floor for 3 nights. The reception by and communication with the hostess/manager Beatriz was excellent and attentive. The place was comfortable and spotless clean and we got a little welcome package with some snacks and a bottle of wine. The location is absolutely perfect and it has a stunning lake view.

Location was excellent, also the equipments in the apartment such as laundry washing machine and A/C unit, which was very pleasant as well as the kitchen.
But you must be prepared not to have a proper view outside, nor on to the street.
Big roomy apartment, very well equipped with all kitchen facilities, even with washing machine. We were happy with the location, a short walk to Garda.

The apartment is in a great location on the edge of Desenzano del Garda. Most people in the other apartments were Italian families- some resident some coming for weekends. There was a family feel around the pool, no noise or rowdy behaviour - very relaxing. The apartment is equipped with the basics for a self catering holiday for 2- 4 would be a squeeze.
Everything perfect!!! Located in a quiet area only 10 minutes nice walking from the lake and the centre with all the restaurants and 30 min drive from Gardaland. Facilities more than enough to make you feel like at home starting with the kitchen (fridge, electric kettle, stoves, microwave), spacious bathroom, bedroom- comfortable beds, wardrobe, baby cot, air conditioning, 2 balconies. Exceptionally clean and modern. Very responsive host.
