Small cozy location, well-equipped accommodation, clean, excellent bed linen. Excellent bathroom, shower, washing machine, special thanks for the laundry detergent! The kitchen is also well equipped with appliances and utensils. There is a private lawn and excellent garden furniture.

Totally new apartment. It is in the city center, next to the main road, but it was not noisy. Everything was close, restaurants, bars, shops. Parking easy to find on the street. Beautiful view on the mountains. Lift on the building, so easy to get flat on 2nd flor. Kitchen well equipped. Very good contact with owner, reaction on every our question was immediate.
This is an entire house with terrace, living room, and a kitchen on the groud floor (with enytrance from a garden) and two bedroomes and a toilet on the upper floor. We have been surprised with cleanness in the house. There is basically everything for a long stay (staff in the kitchen, washing mashine, iron with ironing-board, blankets, pillows).
There is nice possibility to have a dinnner at the table in the garden. And it was not hot during nights (in July) in bedrooms despite of the absense of air-conditioning.

The owners Luca and his wife Oriana are very caring and responsible. The communication was operative from the onset. The suite was absolutely clean, no broken furniture. There is a splendid terrace with a mountain view. The kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine, A/C. The location is great for hikes around the lake.
We loved our stay at Al Molin. Ileana is a wonderful hostess, so helpful and she gave us a lot of useful information regarding lake Como which we much appreciated. The view from the balcony was stunning. The communal kitchen an lounge was lovely and we made full use of the facilities. All the rooms were spotlessly clean and neat. Ileana also shared with us the history of the old farmhouse and Colico which was so interesting. I highly recommend staying there.
Manuela was very accommodating and helpful, answered our questions promptly and the whole experience of staying here was heightened by the wonderful service. The apartment was modern, had all the kitchen equipment we needed and was exceptionally clean. A big plus was the pool, which is a very good size, the access to washing machine and that there were both bath towels and swimming pool towels. We would not hesitate to come back again. The views of the mountains all around were also excellent.
We loved being further away from the busy towns.the view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment has plenty of space. A good kitchen. There is supermarkets close by and plenty of restaurants.
