Amazing location, with wonderful amenities, and attentive, helpful hosts. It was even better than we had expected. Comfortable beds, clean accommodations, and a dedicated parking spot. The outdoor space was also fabulous. We stayed there with our 2, 4, and 6 year old and we all loved being able to walk right out the yard onto the beach. The place right next door would let us order food for takeaway which was a welcome bonus for two tired parents when we didn’t want to drive into town. The resort to the other direction had a nice little market too and both locations were walkable in minutes. Can’t wait to go back again in the future!

Pool was great, room was very clean. It is a short drive from everything in the area. There is not much walkable distance so be ready to use the car. There are also no kitchen facilities or breakfast which is a bit of a missed opportunity for the property.
Beautifully maintained property, manicured well-lit lawns, covered parking, spotless minimalist roomy units with spacious bathroom and outdoor seating and dining area. Conrad supermarket was an accessible short drive for cooking-in.The Ikea style kitchenette was well stocked with utensils and crockery.
The pool area, the onsite restaurant makes great food with generous portions. The staff at the check in and the lifeguards were present and service-minded. The beach was nice, although quite a walk away.
The superior bungalow had all the kitchen utensils, bed linens and towels. The aircon worked very efficiently. Free parking. The area felt safe. The pool party one evening was very cool - our children will always remember the experience.

The house is located in a quiet picturesque place. It took us about 15 min by car to the parking lot to the dog beach. The house itself is cozy, all windows are equipped with a mosquito net, and the kitchen has quit a lot of dishes, although of course it would be convenient to have a dishwasher. A wonderful place for vacation!
Perfect location. Had a 2 room appartment overlooking the sea and with full sea view on the 2nd floor and with 2 big balconies. Nice kitchen facilities and washing machine. The host Paolo was incredibly helpfull, stayed up till midnight just to lock us in and instantly got a blocked sink drain fixed on a late Saturday afternoon.
The appartment has 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a very nice patio with a whirlpool. We had a great time as a family. It’s about 1 km away from the town center (so we usually took the electric car to go there) and Castiglione della Pescaia was still lively (but not crowded anymore) in the first half of October.
There are very nice and clean sandy beaches nearby, our favorites were Cala Violina and Rocchette.
Tommaso is also a friendly host, communication was good.
